The panopyra, nicknamed “love flower” by Terran scientists, is an unusual life form that has characteristics reminiscent of a jellyfish. It doesn't resemble any taxonomic plant group found on Earth and appears to represent a new line of evolution towards a primitive nervous system.
Known to the Na'vi as atokirina, the Woodsprites are seeds from the Tree of Souls. The Na'vi revere the woodsprites and consider them bearers of omens and signs of sanctity. While woodsprites have the appearance of Earth jellyfish, they float in the wind similar to dandelion seeds.
The Ikran are flying creatures native to Pandora, and are abundant in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. As you traverse the Western Frontier, your Na'vi character will eventually connect with their own Ikran, gaining a flying mount in the process.
In Na'vi mythology, these seeds are said to contain small amounts of Eywa's spirit. More than just good luck charms, the seeds are also believed to bring Eywa's blessing to those who know where to look for them.
Augustine's colleague Norm Spellman (Joel David Moore) was the father and Grace conceived Kiri before the end of Avatar before somehow giving birth in her Avatar body. However, the more interesting theory is that Kiri is literally the child of Eywa due to some sort of immaculate conception.

Indeed, Kiri's father in Avatar may not exist at all. Considering what Avatar and Avatar 2 has revealed - and withheld - regarding Kiri's true nature, the most likely explanation for this mystery is that Kiri was created by Eywa through the Tree of Souls. Kiri may even be a direct reincarnation of Grace.

Surprisingly, the reef people eat a lot of fish, collecting fish and putting them into these, uh, closely woven bamboo fish pens. so they can later smoke, slash, grill them. In that moment of Grace's death she said she was with the deity, we can assume that at that point, Eywa planted her own seed into the living avatar of Grace, thus conceiving Kiri. Unpopular Opinion: Grace (avatar) was taken advantage of at some point.
Paz Socorro is Spider's mom after a romantic relationship with Quaritch led to her getting pregnant. She gave birth to Spider, whose birth name is Miles (just like his father), in 2154. However, Paz Socorro died shortly after that in combat during Avatar's finale.
