B.B.'s name possibly means "Beatrix/Bill" as she is their genetic offspring and would have most certainly been named by Bill himself. That being said, if her first name is indeed Beatrix, it could have been a tribute to the Bride, since Bill never knew if she'd emerge from her coma.

Is Kill Bill based on The Bride Wore Black?
Although Kill Bill by Quentin Tarantino tells a story with some similarities, such as the notebooks in which the brides cross off their victims' names once they have killed them, Tarantino has stated that he has never seen The Bride Wore Black.
