Jango said his own clones (apart from his cloned son, Boba) were cannon fodder. Boba was the only one he cared about. That is because he was the only cline that was unaltered. Boba wanted a single clone to be unaltered and he treated that clone like a son.
Later, Boba was put in the position of having to kill clone trainees -- his genetic duplicates who looked like his twins -- and he refused, showing that while he was a bounty hunter, he was not heartless.
Boba posed as a young clone cadet, who was nicknamed Lucky, using the fact that he was genetically identical to the other young clones to his advantage; no one onboard Endurance was aware of his true identity.
The Mandalorians regarded themselves as true warriors who train throughout their lives in the martial arts. They have an ancient culture with a history of combatting the Jedi. Yoda found the clones disturbing, not least because he noticed they were treated more like mindless droids than people; because they were mass-produced they tended to be thrown at targets without much interest in their survival, and they were not encouraged to acknowledge their individuality.
