What does Harry say in Parseltongue to open the Chamber of Secrets?
Ron and Hermione re-enter the chamber in Harry's seventh year; knowing that Basilisk venom will destroy a Horcrux, and having a Horcrux they need to destroy, Ron, who has twice now heard Harry pronounce the word "open" in Parseltongue, opens the Chamber by imitating the sound of the word.
When a snake conjured up by Malfoy seems about to attack Justin Finch-Fletchley at the end of their first Duelling Club in Chamber of Secrets, Harry unthinkingly speaks in Parseltongue, telling the snake to leave Justin alone. It works – at Harry's words the snake falls docile.
When Harry and Hermione are on the first floor of Bathilda's house, Nagini (inside the corpse of Bathilda) tells Harry to 'Come! ' from the next room in Parseltongue.

Can Harry still speak Parseltongue after he kills Voldemort?
After Lord Voldemort destroyed the fragment of his soul residing in Harry, Harry seemingly lost the ability to speak Parseltongue, about which he was glad and relieved. Over the next twenty-two years, he never attempted to speak the language, presuming that it had died with Voldemort.
Parseltongue itself is not evil; it is simply a language. However, its association with certain dark wizards has led to misunderstandings and stigma. How do you become a Parselmouth? Being a Parselmouth is usually a hereditary gift.
