The spell kills Leta Lestrange at the end of the movie. Enhanced into a gigantic dragon, it would have destroyed Paris, if not for the combined efforts of Newt and Theseus Scamander, Tina Goldstein, Nicolas Flamel, and Yusuf Kama.
Leta's boggart was the form of her baby brother sinking (wrapped in a veil). It's shown in the film that when Leta is on a ship with her newborn brother and a woman(either her mother or a nanny), she was irritated of his crying and swapped him with another baby who was sleeping peacefully.
