What did Professor Brand tell Murph before he died?
Later in the film, on his deathbed, Brand admits that the whole mission was a lie: he was unable to solve the gravity equation without entering a black hole, so 'Plan B' was really 'Plan A'.
On his deathbed, Professor Brand confesses to Murph that he lied about his Plan A's prospects – that he failed to “reconcile relativity to quantum mechanics” and his gravity project needs much more data. She takes on the project herself and beams out the bad news to space, where Coop and Amelia receive it.
From inside the 'tesseract' of the fifth dimension Cooper sends a message using Morse code through the seconds hand of Murph's watch. It is the quantum data that will help humanity escape dying Earth. When she works out the formula, Murph shouts 'Eureka! ' to mark her discovery.
Brand was alive, starting the plan B alone somewhere. All Murphy knows is that Cooper somehow sent messages to her. Since she completed the equation, she can infer Cooper saw what's beyond the Event Horizon. She can also infer he most likely fell into the black hole.

How did Murph Realise Cooper was her ghost?
It's only when she returns to the room as an adult however that she realises the ghost is actually her father - the big clue being when Cooper wrote "STAY" in morse by knocking books off the wall while his past self was leaving for the mission, which Murph wrote down as a child and rediscovers as an adult.
Murph was 10 years old when Cooper left. Cooper traveled for 2 years to the wormhole and subsequently lost 23 years in gravitational time dilation on Miller's planet. When he returns to the Endurance he receives Murph's message that she is now the same age as Cooper when he departed.
It took the spaceship 18 months to travel to the wormhole, then 23 years passed from exploring planet Miller. Murph said (cried) in the video to his dad that she is finally the same age as him when he left. Which tells us that she and her dad are both 35 years old toward the end of the movie.
Since the black hole creates a massive curvature in spacetime with its gravitational fields, Miller's planet experiences extreme time dilation. Because of this time dilation from Gargantua's gravitational fields, time on Miller's planet moves relatively slower than Earth's.
Who are the 5th dimensional beings in Interstellar?
The fifth-dimensional beings are not aliens; the fifth-dimensional beings are humans from the far, far, far future, who have evolved beyond the limits of the third dimension. These far future humans are now helping to create themselves by giving humanity the wormhole to a new galaxy.
The ending is by far the saddest scene. Cooper visits Murph in the hospital when she is old and dying, and they have a moment together. Very likely to make viewers cry. A character driven mad by isolation tries to kill another character, but fails.
Forced to choose between the two planets, Brand lobbied to visit Edmunds for its more promising data, as well as her expert opinion, stating that the planet was more favorable for human habitation, due to its greater distance from the black hole versus Mann's planet, which she correctly predicted to be as sterile as ...
It is then revealed that he and Professor Brand knew that Plan A was impossible and that the only contingency that allowed for human continuity was Plan B. Mann did not want Cooper to return to Earth with the Endurance, as he now needed it to reach Edmunds' planet with the remaining crew to start a colony.
Professor Brand considered Plan A to be impossible because in order to solve his gravity equation, he would need unobtainable data from the Singularity of a black hole. Professor Brand went to great efforts to conceal this fact from everybody, including his daughter Amelia and Murph.
She had a drive to explore and discover the unknown, very much like her mother. Suffice it to say she did not like her name, as it had the connotation that she was the harbinger of bad luck. However Cooper reinforced the idea that her name is in reality a call to hope.
Through Dr. Mann says, “I'm here for you,” while Cooper dies, Mann can't tolerate the suffering and turns off the speaker in his helmet. At this point, the film cuts to Murph turning her jeep into the family cornfield, where she will set fire to the corn in order to force Tom to leave.
Brand : Why didn't you sleep? Romilly : Oh, I had a couple of stretches. I stopped believing you were coming back. Something seemed wrong about dreaming my life away.
He is then miraculously able to survive the black hole and is found by humans who are now living in space (due to his efforts). In a touching moment, he is able to reunite with Murph, who is now old and on her deathbed. Cooper is finally reunited with his daughter during the ending of the film.
Sadly, Jesse died from a lung ailment caused by the deteriorating conditions on Earth. He was buried on the Cooper farm near Erin Cooper (his grandmother) and Donald Cooper (his great-grandfather).
Mann was marooned on this planet for 35 years, as evidenced by the 23-year time dilation on Miller, the two-year trip to Saturn and the launch of the Lazarus missions which predated Endurance's launch by ten years.
Finally, one this to note is that for the transcript for Interstellar, Dr. Mann's last words are, 'Brand, I don't know what Cooper's told you, but I'm taking control of the Endurance, then we'll talk about continuing the mission. This is not my survival, or Cooper's - this is mankind's- '.
While fans may continue to hope for an Interstellar 2, the absence of concrete plans or release dates suggests that the future of the franchise is uncertain.
I think if he'd somehow made himself stay (through binary, etc), he would have altered the future and he would have disappeared into the blackhole forever, but the fact that he gave the co-ordinates of the NASA base and sent himself to space, he stayed in existence even though he does alter the...
