Jack Crusher's Borg Change Was Bigger Than Picard's
Yet Jack got to keep his brown locks after becoming Vox of Borg, which is an even bigger change than the Borg Queen giving him a name, just as she did Jack's father, Jean-Luc Picard.
Irumodic Syndrome is a type of neurodegenerative condition, similar to dementia. Picard suffered from this syndrome in the future of an alternate timeline that he experienced because of Q in the series finale All Good Things... (1994).

Seven arrives at the Artifact, a disabled Borg cube captured by the Romulans, after being summoned by Picard's companion Elnor. To save the former Borg onboard from execution at the hands of the Romulans, she temporarily connects herself to the cube inside the queencell, taking on the role of a Borg Queen.
In the “present” of “All Good Things...,” Dr. Crusher met with Picard in his ready room to announce that she, thanks to a specialized scan, located potential evidence of a rare and incurable brain disease called Irumodic syndrome inside Picard's parietal lobe.
Star Trek: The Next Generation writer Ronald D. Moore says that John de Lancie's Q was "in love with" Captain Jean-Lic Picard (Patrick Stewart), and that's one of the reasons why their relationship worked so well.
But as Beltran explained on Twitter, he declined to return. “I was offered an episode (first 2 then1) in Picard, but I simply did not like what they had written for Chakotay so I turned them down,” wrote Beltran.
