What happens if a Kryptonian is exposed to a blue sun?
A blue Sun is a star bigger than a yellow sun(our sun) but smaller than a red Sun (Rao). Kryptonians gain extra abilities and are even stronger then they are under a yellow sun.
We do know that a Blue Sun can enhance all of a kryptonian powers, to entire new levels. It can even grant Superman new powers, like super-vision. Super-vision was basically the ability Superman discovered by accident, that he could grant all of a kryptonian powers to a normal human.
While Clark rarely comes into contact with a blue sun, it appears that one could make the Man of Steel more powerful than ever. The logic is sound. If a yellow sun imbues Clark with strength and an older red sun weakens him, then it stands that a younger blue sun would make him even stronger.
Powerful yellow rays bring out his unique abilities, while weaker red radiation brings him down to a more human level. Superman's powers have even exponentially increased when exposed to a younger blue or white sun.

What color sun weakens Superman?
Red sun radiation is Superman's lesser, but still highly effective weakness. Because Krypton orbited an older, red sun, exposure that form of radiation essentially robs Clark and other Kryptonians the powers a younger, yellow sun affords them.
The opposite is true for a red sun. Being under a red sun makes Kryptonians completely lose all of their abilities and benefits from yellow sun radiation. The longer they are underneath the red sun, the more diminished their powers become.
This increased energy output enhances the Photonucleic Effect in Kryptonians and Daxamites; that is, Kryptonians and Daxamites living under a blue star would be incredibly powerful, even more so than they would under a Yellow Star. One of the abilities they gain from exposure to this type of star is Superman Vision.

On Earth, he receives his powers due to the yellow sun; however, Kryptonite changes his physiology due to its Kryptonian origins. It is essentially the only thing that is able to pierce Superman and cause him harm. Even staying close to it can cause him a lot of pain. Hence, making it one of his biggest weaknesses.
For most of the fight, Shazam is winning without using the full extent of his powers because of his deep respect for Superman. While Superman ultimately wins, it's only because he's able to cover Batson's mouth.
As the dialogue in Justice League #73 suggested, while Superman's specific vulnerabilities give Black Adam a chance against him, that doesn't mean the two are equal in power, and the Man of Steel is clearly stronger by any comparison.
