When Galadriel tells Frodo, “To bear a ring of power is to be alone,” she demonstrates her understanding of exactly how enormous Frodo's task is, and how separate he is from the rest of the fellowship. His task is completely solitary, and it will consume his life.
He alone must shoulder the burden and responsibility as keeper of the ring. He has people around him, but they can't relate to what he's going through and he in turn can't talk about what they don't understand.
Galadriel offers the Phial to Frodo when the Fellowship of the Ring leaves Lothlórien, wishing him: "May it be a light to you in dark places, when all other lights go out." Frodo then wears it around his neck. Frodo and Sam use the Phial of Galadriel several times during their journey to Mordor.
From its guiding light came the Númenóreans' name for their land, Elenna, meaning "Starwards". The light of Eärendil's Star played a crucial role much later in history as well. It was light from this star that was gathered in Frodo's phial, his gift from Galadriel, which helped him survive his journey into Mordor.

Why did Boromir cry when Galadriel looks at him?
When The Fellowship is taken to Galadriel, she and Boromir have a telepathic conversation which immediately causes Boromir to burst into tears. She senses his desires for the Ring but tells him not to give in because even now, there is hope.
We also know that Eärendil is the son of Tuor and Idril Turgon, which makes him a Man. But how is Aragorn related to Eärendil? The answer lies in Elros, Eärendil's son, and Aragorn's distant ancestor. Elros is also Elrond's brother, which shows Arwen's much more direct connection to Aragorn's ancestry.

The Phial is given to Frodo by Galadriel in the first film. It reappears in Return of the King, used by Frodo to ward off Shelob although he drops it in his escape. It is retrieved by Sam and wielded in his battle against Shelob.
Galadriel then presents the Fellowship with additional gifts. To Aragorn she gives a sheath for his sword, Andúril, and a green gem in a silver brooch. Boromir, Merry, and Pippin each receive belts of silver or gold, while Legolas receives a longer, stouter bow.
She tells Gil-galad that, "Evil does not sleep; it waits." In The Rings of Power, Galadriel's conviction came across as arrogance and anger. In Lord of the Rings, Galadriel was not shown as a warrior, which makes the comparison with the character depicted in The Rings of Power jarring and difficult to reconcile.
For those that haven't read Tolkien's work, it's easy to see why many audiences suspect Gandalf and Galadriel are in love. After all, many of their interactions in The Hobbit trilogy practically scream romance. However, their relationship remains purely platonic in Tolkien's source material.
Jackson, on the other hand, used Galadriel's dark form as a visual cue for the audience. Specifically, it represented how she would become evil if she gave in to her deepest desire.
What did Galadriel mean by "All shall love me and despair"?
Well Galadriel means that if she accepts the One Ring, then the ring's power and corruption would turn her into an entity ruthless and powerful enough to enslave all of Middle Earth. And thus all her subjects (technically prisoners)shall love her and at the same time despair for their lost freedom.
Galadriel is Elrond's mother-in-law, and Arwen's grandmother; as is Celeborn, Galadriel's husband. Arwen's mother, was Elrond's wife, and Galadriel's daughter, Celebrian; named for her silver hair, that she apparently got from her father, Celeborn.
She calls him Mithrandir. It's his name in elvish. The root word is mith which has to do with silver. Mithril, for example, is that silver armor shirt that Bill has that is later given to Frodo.
Sauron is an expert manipulator and likely sees Galadriel and her power as an asset. In line with the old adage, "Keep your friends close; keep your enemies closer," he'd rather have her on his side than against him.
Although this relationship may have happened with Galadriel's meeting or not, it's clear Gimli's love for her expedited his ease in befriending Legolas.
Aragorn and Legolas are long-time companions and best friends since Legolas' father Thranduil sent him to live among the Rangers of the North. Aragorn and Legolas grew close, up to the point where Aragorn revealed his true identity to Legolas. Throughout his journeys, Aragorn and Legolas are as close as brothers.
Arwen probably got to know Legolas as her husband's friend and as the leader of the Elven colony in Ithilien. As Mary Tower points out, it is possible that they are distantly related, but it's nowhere stated.
Through her great-grandmother, Idril, Arwen was a descendant of King Turgon of the Noldor. Through her mother, she was the granddaughter of the Elf-queen Galadriel of Lothlórien. Through both of her parents, Arwen was a direct descendant of the ancient Elven House of Finwë.
