The first—"You think you can hold me?"—all but promises that his custody in MACUSA won't last very long. The second is a little more interesting: "Will we die, just a little?" he says to Newt before he's escorted away.

They were close friends in the wake of not having anyone else. Through it all, even thru her engagement to his brother, Leta still loves Newt. When she's about to attack Grindelwald, she turns and ambiguously says "I love you" at such an angle that it could be to Newt or Theseus.
So when he says “will we die” he meant the wizard community. According to him, he was going to save the world from itself, hence the “just a little”. But this also indicates that he is going to come back and save it from completely killing itself.
Leta actress Zoë Kravitz was quoted as saying she played Bellatrix's great-great-aunt. However, there's little evidence for that. Born as Bellatrix Black, Bellatrix married into the Lestrange family, meaning she and Leta aren't related by blood.

A member of the house of Black, one of the oldest wizarding families, Bellatrix was also Draco Malfoy's aunt. Renowned for her cruelty and sadistic nature, many of the acts of torture and violence against Voldemort's enemies were carried out by Bellatrix Lestrange.
However, due to events in New York City, where Scamander arrived, Newt released Frank over the city. He did this to take advantage of the Thunderbird's weather related powers to create a rainstorm laced with Swooping Evil venom to erase the memories of the city's No-Maj population of the events.
Tina was dismissed from her position as an Auror for magically assaulting the No-Maj Mary Lou Barebone. She had assaulted Mary Lou (in front of witnesses) as a response to her beating her adopted son, Credence Barebone.
The Fantastic Beasts series, then, is set to end with one of the most important battles in Wizarding World history, the imprisonment of one of the darkest wizards to ever exist, and with the next dark wizard planning his rise to power and continuing his quest for immortality.
