Beatrix Kiddo wants to escape her life of violence for her unborn daughter's sake. She gets engaged, but Bill, her jilted ex-lover, enlists his group of assassins to murder Beatrix's entire wedding party and almost kills her. Four years later, Beatrix plots her revenge on those murderers, including Vernita Green.
Sensing that Beatrix might attack him, Bill fires a warning shot, freezing Beatrix in her seat, then he shoots her with a truth-serum dart and waits for it to take effect. He asks her why she left him: because she wanted to keep their child safe, not wanting her to grow up to be assassins like them.
Beatrix became engaged to a man named Tommy, and on the day of their wedding rehearsal, Bill (believing the father of Beatrix's child was her fiancé and thus feeling even more betrayed) ordered the assassination of everyone at the chapel. With Beatrix wounded and lying on the floor, Bill shot her in the head.
She thus reclaims her daughter by defeating Bill's patriarchal reign over her life. But in the end, the heroine lies on the bathroom floor, crying over her lover's death and laughing with the joy of being reunited with her daughter.
Who is the father of Beatrix daughter in Kill Bill?
David Carradine as Bill (Snake Charmer): The former leader of the Deadly Viper Assassination Squad. He is also the former lover of Beatrix and the father of her daughter.
She had a love affair with the DiVAS' leader Bill. Beatrix and Bill's relationship eventually lead to her becoming pregnant with his child. Unclear of exactly what to do, she disappeared into Texas, becoming a single mother-to-be, taking the alias Arlene Machiavelli.
Bill asks if Bud has kept up with his sword play, to which Bud remarks that he pawned his Hanzo sword. This we later find out is a lie, so clearly Bud is only saying this to wound his brother by leading him to believe he sold a priceless gift from his brother for only a couple hundred bucks.
In Mexico, the Bride tracks Bill to a hotel and discovers that their daughter B.B. is still alive, now four years old. The Bride kills Bill using the five-point-palm exploding heart technique, taught to her by Pai Mai. Beatrix leaves with B.B. to start a new life.
Mainly, because he was a jealous sociopath. Distraught/Hate over the betrayal of The Bride running away; Jealousy, Desire, and Envy. Bill was Angry, Belittled (By the fact she left him for her soon-to-be husband), Distraught/Strife because of the discord of the betrayal.
He even went as far as saying something along the lines of "I'm gonna bury you with a flash light unless you act up." He knew burying her in that thin of a coffin in a fresh grave wouldn't stop her. He just wanted to trick Elle into believing Beatrix was dead so she would stop trying to kill her.

Bill only sent Elle to Bud's to confirm Beatrix Kiddo was dead and collect her sword. Elle then killed Bud with a black mamba out of jealousy that he'd been the one to kill Beatrix and not her. When she reports back to Bill she lies claiming The Bride killed Bud by hiding the snake in his trailer.
In order to get his revenge on her, Sebastian threw Beatrix against a wall and she smacked her head against the brick. With a pool of blood forming beneath her, it appears she was killed instantly by the impact.

As for Bill, he became depressed as he realised what Beatrix had tried to tell him before he shot her. Beatrix told him that it was his baby she was pregnant with and not Tommy's. Bill felt guilty for sending his DVAS out to kill Beatrix and his unborn child.
In Kill Bill: Volume 1, The Bride wakes up from her coma, and by examining her hands, she realizes that four years have passed since Bill and the rest of the gang killed the wedding party and attempted to kill her.
Tarantino gave Thurman a co-writing credit on the films, specifically for her work on The Bride. In fact, you can see it in the films' closing credits: "Based on the character of 'The Bride', created by Q & U" – Q standing for Quentin and U for Uma.
Bill was Hattori Hanzo's former student. It's implied that Bill used Hanzo's teachings for dishonorable purposes, causing Hanzo to retire because he didn't want his swords and teachings to be used for murder.
After appearing to be an even match-up for several tense minutes, the fight ends violently, with The Bride snatching Elle Driver's remaining eye out, leaving her blindly squirming on the floor. This scene confirms that The Bride crushed Driver's spirit by brutally defeating her but still leaves her fate uncertain.
Quentin Tarantino did not add this scene in the final Western cut of the film and her other arm was never amputated and you can see her other remaining arm when the bride rolled her down to the hospital.
