Barney faked his death in Libya because he knew that his death would lead to a file being declassified about Ocelot. Why is Jet Li not in Expendables 4?

Li's early exit in The Expendables 2 signaled the beginning of the end of his involvement in the franchise. According to direct Simon West, the exit was simply due to scheduling conflicts (via Fandom Wire).
