JKR said that Lucius, Narcissa, and Draco did not go to Azkaban because Harry Potter testified for Narcissa and Draco. She said that Lucius and Narcissa lived a semi-retired life away from the public, and Draco married into the Greengrass family, one that never declared a side in the war, but were openly anti-purist.
It is also probable that, since Narcissa's lie to Voldemort saved Harry's life, the family is pardoned for their crimes. They keep a relatively low profile after that, while continuing to live a leisurely life in the Malfoy Manor.
The pair eventually file for divorce, a move almost unheard of among Pureblood wizards. During the divorce, both offer to house Draco. Due to Lucius' increased role in Draco's political education that year, Draco chooses Lucius. This leads Narcissa to effectively disown Draco, stating "she can always have more sons".
Narcissa survived the final battle of the Second Wizarding War and later had a grandson, Scorpius Hyperion Malfoy, through her son's marriage to Astoria Greengrass. However, Narcissa was not too fond of Astoria for her stance on blood tolerance, believing her to be somewhat of a disappointment to the Malfoy lineage.
By Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, it's a stretch to call Draco a villain anymore. We just watched — or read — him struggle to reconcile his choices and morals in The Half-Blood Prince. He can no longer justify his actions, and is far more aware of the evil he was born and raised into.

Malfoy hated all the attention Harry recieved . Malfoy thought Harry was a dark wizard, he tried to befriend Harry but he refused because of the way Malfoy treated Ron whom he already made friends with. That's why Malfoy hate Harry for turning him down.
Here's what happens to Draco Malfoy. At the end of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, it was revealed that Draco and his mother avoided Azkaban. As he lived out the remainder of his teenage years, Draco had a change of heart. He went into a very dark place emotionally, but he came out of it a changed man.

Narcissa, the youngest of all three, made a respectable marriage after graduating Hogwarts, and into another pure-blood family. It was Lucius Malfoy, a Death Eater, who brought Narcissa into the darker side of the wizarding world – but tellingly, Narcissa never became a Death Eater herself.
And after she had escaped Bellatrix was rather deranged. But she certainly loved her sister Narcissa. The two sisters even still call each other “Bella” and “Cissy” which are nicknames they had probably given each other as children.
Narcissa hated Harry just as the rest of her family did, the only altercation they have with each other before Hogwarts is in Half Blood Prince where she defends her little turd of a son after he calls hermione a “Mudblood” and threatens Harry.
For the second time in Voldemort's life, the unforgivable curse rebounded on him, as the Elder Wand wouldn't kill its master. Since Harry and his friends had already destroyed all of Voldemort's Horcruxes, this finally ended Lord Voldemort's life, with Harry finally defeating the Dark Lord.
He's, like, a side character that you wouldn't expect to be attractive, which makes him even more attractive. He just gives off a different vibe than other characters who are supposed to be evidently good looking. Also, the fact that he was broken and tried to be a good person also makes him even more attractive.
Throughout the 1996–1997 school year, Draco Malfoy would go to the washroom to find company with Moaning Myrtle, confiding the stress of his mission and fear of failing it.
