DOES LAURA DIE IN 365 DAYS 2? No. Though the end of the first movie left the audience in suspense as to whether Laura survived the attack in the tunnel, at the beginning of the sequel, we see that she is safe and sound.
Laura and Massimo obviously still have some sexy times, but after they fight over Laura not telling Massimo she lost their baby (at the end of the first movie), they couldn't be further apart. Both disappear into their work, Massimo with his gangster life and Laura with her fashion brand.
Based on a novel by Polish author Blanka Lipińska, The Next 365 Days sees Anna-Maria Sieklucka reprise her role as Laura, who begins the film having once again inexplicably survived a near-death experience with no real sign of injury or trauma.

Will there be a 4th 365?
Since around May of 2023, dozens of posts about a 365 Days 4 coming to Netflix have surfaced on Facebook and gone viral. One of the biggest accrued tens of thousands of likes and shares. Only, it's not true. There is currently no plans for a 365 Days 4.
Did Massimo actually cheat on Laura? No, Massimo's hitherto-unmentioned identical twin brother Adriano is the one at the party, as 365 Days: This Day's twist ending reveals, thus clearing Massimo's good name.
Laura kisses Nacho. He then confesses his love for her and drives her to a random house that may or may not be his. They have a dramatic conversation on the beach that quickly leads to sex…on the beach. Nacho reveals that he saved Massimo's life because Laura loves him.
Laura has a miscarriage. She struggles with alcohol addiction. She requires a heart transplant, and Nacho—her second mob boss boyfriend—procures the heart. Massimo kills Laura's dog, which she named Prada, and sends it to her in a box.
Plot. Massimo visits the grave of his twin brother, Adriano, who was killed during the events of the previous film. He then checks on Laura, who survived and is healing from Adriano's attack.
The Next 365 Days started gearing up for the finale when Laura went to visit Portugal. There, Laura ran into Nacho's (played by Simone Susinna) sister, who explained to her that Nacho's intentions were never bad and that he was only "loyal" to his family.
Massimo is angry after the death of his brother and tells his rivals to leave. Adriano is dead while Laura is alive. In fact, Laura has fully recovered from her gunshot wound last movie, and beyond a few mentions it's never brought up again.
Major spoilers are ahead. Before she gets married to Massimo at the start of the movie, Laura reveals to her BFF Olga that she hasn't told him that she was pregnant. It's revealed that although she survived the accident, she unfortunately lost her baby as a result.
Or maybe it's a film about severe Stockholm Syndrome. It's kind of hard to tell. Basically, Massimo (Michele Morrone) becomes obsessed with Laura (Anna-Maria Sieklucka) after seeing her on the beach on the same day that his father was killed by a rival gang.
When Laura catches Adriano and Anna hooking up, she believes she's catching Massimo red-handed. She spends a short period of time feeling heartbroken and devastated by what she believes she saw. It turns out Massimo never cheated on her, and it was simply a case of mistaken identity.
The majority of The Next 365 Days sees Massimo and Laura drifting apart after the dramatic, life-endangering events of 365 Days: This Day. Laura finally tells Massimo that she lost her pregnancy in a car crash at the end of the original 365 Days and Massimo is hurt that she didn't inform him at the time.
Slowly Laura finds herself getting very attracted towards Nacho. Massimo, on the other hand, becomes a drug addict. All of this makes Laura meet Nacho, who has also fallen for her. Laura leaves Massimo and starts living with Nacho.
Not only does the scene see both Massimo and Nacho obsessing over Laura in bed, but the two men both share their own kiss, too. After catching the scene, fans rushed to social media to discuss what they had just witnessed. "Who has seen the new 365 Days?" one viewer asked their followers.
