What happened to the Omaticaya clan? Jake and Neytiri left the Omaticaya clan and are with the Metkayina clan for the most part of Avatar 2. That's the last we saw of them.
After the Omatikaya relocated to High Camp, Quaritch returned as a Recom and nearly killed Jake's children. For the safety of the clan and the children, Jake and his family left to take refuge with the Metkayina clan, learning their ways.
