Earth-42 is a universe where no Spider-People exist and crime plagued New York City. This universe had a quick appearance in the second film, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. It will appear once again in the Spider-Verse trilogy's third and final film Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse.
Miles G. Morales of Earth-42 presumably had a similar upbringing to the main Miles Morales who resided in Earth-1610BB. Visual cues from the Spot's backstory indicate that he was supposed to be the Spider-Man of Earth-42, and that he would have been bitten by a radioactive spider while studying in a classroom.

Why is 42 significant in Spider-Man?
Forty-two was Jackie Robinson's jersey number for the Brooklyn Dodgers. He was a barrier-smashing black superhero in baseball, and [Miles is a] color-smashing black superhero in Spider-Man comics.

“I love you 3000” is a quote from Avengers: Endgame that basically means “I love you more than anything.” The line was first said by Morgan Stark, Tony Stark's daughter after he tucked her into bed. In his last hologram at the end of the movie, Tony turns to Morgan and says “I love you 3000” before disappearing.
