Godzilla (ゴジラ Gojira) is a massive legendary kaiju, who was prophesied to bring about the apocalypse and the end of the universe. With 'Ultima' being the Latin word for 'last'; that prophecy nearly came to reality, with Godzilla Ultima being a powerful singular entity known as a 'Singular Point'.
While Godzilla's origin is a mystery, It seems that he is a extradimensional Lovecraftian entity being with god-like status that is able to manifest into earth's dimension as a large dinosaur-like creature.
When he evolves, he becomes Godzilla Ultima, giving his a long ranged atomic breath and more health. As a leader, his special ability deals damage and lowers energy cost of the current event piece by 1.
What makes Godzilla Ultima so powerful? While what we say on screen made him weak according to his lore he can destroy a universe using something called the catastrophe. Jet jaguar and the main characters where able to prevent ultima from using it thankfully.
Archetype is also a component in the bodies of kaiju, often emanating from them as Red Dust-laden mist. Godzilla Amphibia manifested a cocoon of Archetype covered in flat geometric shapes when undergoing metamorphosis.
Jokes aside, Ultima's weakness is the Orthogonal Diagonalizer, and since it was killed by that method, we can't really estimate his power. Still, it has control over the red mist and is known to evolve and grow in lesser time than Shin, and with no cooldown, as well.
Shin Godzilla is definitely one of the most powerful. But currently, it can't even hold a candle to THE most powerful Godzilla incarnation: Godzilla Earth. Unlike Godzilla Earth, Shin Godzilla has problems with overheating it's own body, hence it's amphibious/dormant life.
What is Godzilla's weakness? Godzilla is slowed down by the cold, and in some movies he is weak to electricity. Godzilla has also been killed by his own doing, for example he pushed his body and went to far entering Critical Mass which is what killed him in Godzilla v.
Despite being a god, Zeus was shown to be neither all-powerful nor immortal. Zeus drained himself of his power by unleashing all of it upon Godzilla, and was later killed in the eruption of Mount Vesuvius caused by Godzilla.
Godzilla's Pink Atomic Power Is A Result Of His Evolution
