Bai's power is called Molecular Manipulation and it is considered to be the strongest and most coveted power in Darker Than Black. Bai is not much of a fighter, but she can kill any human or Contractor by generating a powerful electrical discharge through her target's body.
Hei (Japanese: 黒（ヘイ）, pinyin: Hēi, lit. Black), also known as Li Shenshun (李舜生（リ・シェンシュン）, Ri Shenshun, pinyin: Lǐ Shùnshēng), is the protagonist of the 2007 anime Darker than Black by Bones. As for the ending, I wish it would have been more set, and not as open. But I do daresay that Yin isn't dead, and she got her wish: to be with Hei forever.
However, during the course of the series, Yin begins to display emotions and her own will, deciding to follow Hei and remain to be his partner, and even observes and notices a change in his behavior, despite not being ordered to do so.

Klang is the main antagonist of the Darker than Black manga. He is a Moratoria, but he has the ability to use his power at will throughout most of the story. He is also the leader of an organisation called Wiegenlied.

Suo Pavlichenko appears in the anime Darker than Black: Gemini of the Meteor as a 13-year-old girl who lives in Vladivostok, Russia. She also has a twin brother, Shion, whom she wants to protect despite him being a Contractor who lacks feelings.
Before he became a Contractor, Hei was a caring older brother who looked after his little sister Bai. Despite his age Hei was like a guardian to Bai. During a meteor shower his sister became a Contractor, with the ability to control and change matter on a molecular level, causing her to become the original BK-201.
The image of the gates in popular culture is a set of large gold, white, or wrought-iron gates in the clouds, guarded by Saint Peter (the keeper of the "keys to the kingdom"). Those not fit to enter heaven are denied entrance at the gates, and descend into Hell.
