In one of the biggest twists in Secret Invasion, it's revealed that Fury secretly sent Skrulls to take DNA samples from the Battle of Earth grounds. This gives him access to biological specimens from almost every single Avenger who partook in the final Avengers: Endgame battle.

After teasing for three episodes, Secret Invasion has revealed Don Cheadle's Rhodey is a Skrull, delivering on Marvel Comics' impostor Avengers idea with huge ramifications.
In episode 4 we learn that, sometime in the recent past, the rebellious Skrull faction kidnapped Avengers member and long-time Iron Man friend Colonel James Rhodes, also known as Rhodey, and put a Skrull in his place.

Given Marvel's history with understandable villains, it's safe to assume that the good Skrulls will support humanity no matter how badly they're treated and the bad Skrulls will dare to fight for themselves. G'iah appears to be one of the good ones, but she has an edge to her as well.
The Harvest is what Gravik truly wants in the series in order to make himself powerful enough to take over Earth. He thinks the Harvest will allow him to get rid of any hero that might get in his way. It's created from a plan hatched by Nick Fury during the events of Avengers: Endgame.
He doesn't just want to create Super Skrulls, he wants to become the most powerful being in the galaxy. The Harvest, a special serum made of superhero DNA, would allow him to gain the abilities of every Avenger who fought Thanos in the Battle of Earth, even Carol Danvers.
