The child isn't "anatomically correct," so Chucky and Tiffany bicker over its gender. Chucky dubs his "son" Glen, and Tiffany dubs her daughter "Glenda." It becomes clear that Glen and Glenda are either two separate personalities or two distinct souls somehow inhabiting the same body.
You see, in 1998's Bride of Chucky, cinema's most deranged couple welcomed the arrival of their first and only child — Glen/Glenda — a tortured soul from the moment they were borne from their dying mother in the Hackensack Cemetery.
Glenda is eventually reborn as the human daughter of Jennifer Tilly and Chucky and becomes his mother's bomb maker to assist her in her plans. In Seed of Chucky, she was voiced by Billy Boyd and was portrayed by Kristina Hewitt. In Chucky, she is portrayed by Lachlan Watson.
The film is set six years after Bride of Chucky and follows a young doll named Glen, the son of Chucky and Tiffany, resurrecting his parents, causing chaos.
The child identifies as a girl to their mother and a boy to their father, a bit thoughtfully attributed to their self-projections and indiscernible genitalia. Chucky and Tiffany name their child Glen and Glenda, respectively, a nod to Ed Wood's eponymous 1953 trans drama.
In order to get Glen's soul into a human body, Chucky's semen is inserted by Tiffany into Jennifer so she can bear a child for Glen to use. As the two awake the next morning, unaware of the events of the night before, Jennifer suddenly experiences morning sickness and realizes that she is pregnant.
After she angers him, Chucky kills Tiffany, and transfers her soul into a female doll. The duo then goes on a cross-country rampage, during which they have sex.
Now going by "Tiffany Ray", Tiffany plans to transport her soul into the body of Jennifer Tilly (who happens to be playing her in the film). They also plan to impregnate her and put Glen's soul in the baby's body. Their plan is successful, as Jennifer swiftly gives birth to two babies, a boy and a girl.
Chucky made his first appearance in the 1988 film Child's Play. In the film, a serial killer named Charles Lee Ray, aka Chucky (Brad Dourif) uses a voodoo ritual inside a toy store to transfer his soul into a Good Guy doll to escape from Detective Mike Norris (Chris Sarandon).

Towards the bedroom scene when Jennifer gives birth, Tiffany stated that she was tired of Chucky's unwillingness to change and walked out on him.
Played by Jennifer Tilly, Ms. Valentine was killed, became a living doll, and then assumed the role of Chucky's murderous partner in crime before hopping into the body of the actual Jennifer Tilly five years later during Seed of Chucky.

Charles performs a Voodoo spell using an amulet, the Heart of Damballa, that transfers his consciousness out of his human body and into the doll's "body." With that, Charles Lee Ray dies and lives again as Chucky, the killer doll ... and he digs it!
Charles Lee Ray was a character known as the Lakeshore Strangler who murdered 22 people before his death in the beginning of Child's Play. He is Chucky's original human form before he transferred his soul into a doll.
