Kessler (Sam A. Mowry), the true antagonist of the game, is a shadowy figure who controls the First Sons and takes an obsessive interest in Cole and his powers.
Kessler was easiliy stronger. The reason for him letting Cole win was to see if he was up to the test, not stronger than Kessler. He knew he wouldn't be by the time being, but with time he would grow strong enough to beat the beast.
In terms of power and skill, Cole had Delsin outmatched. Throughout his career, Cole's fought Conduits who are several times stronger than himself, such as Alden Tate, a powerful telekenetic who created a monster created from the surrounding metal from the destroyed bridge they were on.
Zeke is the only main character to still be alive by the ending of inFAMOUS 2. He is also the only character in the series to have a speaking role in all three main series games. In Second Son: Cole's Legacy, Zeke refers to himself as an "old hound", despite being at best, 32.
Cole MacGrath is the protagonist, anti-hero/anti-villain of inFamous, inFamous 2, and inFamous: Festival of Blood. However, because of the Karma system that is entirely based on what choices you make in the games (with the exception of Festival of Blood), Cole can be recognized as a Hero or Villain.
Every step of your life. Kessler, during his confrontation with Cole. Kessler is the main antagonist of Infamous. His name was an alias used by Cole MacGrath when he returned to his past to save his former self from a desolate future.
Over the last seven years,Cole has gotten much more powerful than in inFAMOUS 2. Able to deliver up to 15 supernovas of force. His maximum voltage is over 20 Gigawatts and the heat of his lightning burns up to 300,000,000,000 Kelvin,equivalent to three supernovas.
As Cole kills David, Moya warned him that in a phone call that there could be a bounty on him. However, as the ship sunk, Moya was suddenly trapped. Though Cole tried to save her, Moya told him to leave before he is killed by the water. With this, Moya died drowning in the ship.
If you have played Infamous 1 & 2 then you know that Kessler came back in time to help prepare younger cole for the beast since Kessler was unable to beat him. The good ending of Infamous 2 shows Cole dieing from battling the beast.
Setting and characters. Second Son takes place in 2018, seven years after Infamous 2's Conduit protagonist Cole MacGrath sacrifices himself to cure humanity of a plague and destroy the Beast. Cole uses the powerful Ray Field Inhibitor weapon, which kills him and most of the other Conduits.
Cole dies in the good ending. We see his body loaded into a coffin and Zeke takes it out to sea. But as the boat drifts off into the horizon and the screen starts to black out a bolt of lightning seemingly and ominously strikes the boat.
After Kessler's death, Sasha escaped from the First Sons' facility, but was captured by Moya Jones and DARPA, and Jones weaponized the black tar and capture Cole.
Though, he was nearly successful in his time undercover, he was ripped apart and pulled into a vortex during a freak accident with one of the First Sons' inventions, namely the Ray Sphere. After some time, his sub-consciousness awoke, and was reborn as "The Beast", a Conduit with immense power.
Though Cole eventually rids himself of his demonic nature and marries Phoebe in season four, he later returns to evil after he unwillingly becomes the new Source of All Evil. This causes the sisters to kill him towards the end of season four.
Cole's appearance in Infamous 2 doesn't deviate much from his design in the first Infamous; he still retains his chiseled face and bald head, but his clothing has changed so that he can adapt to the humid weather of the New Orleans-inspired city.
While Eren, Fritz, and Floch manage to outrank him in scale of their massacres, Zeke stands out and manages to pass the heinous standards in his own way for engaging on a far more personal level of villainy/heinousness towards the main characters than them, being more brutal in many of his kills (and attempted kills), ...
His last name, Sims, could be a reference to the famous virtual world game series, The Sims. Eugene looks to be in his late teens to early 20's as in his comic cutscene, six years prior, he was in his early teens.
