I think Guts' tears were brought on by two things: Femto and Theresia. The summoning of the Godhand is the first time that Guts sees Femto in the flesh since the Eclipse - literally the last time Guts looked at him, Femto had just finished raping Casca.
Guts' life was destined to be miserable from the get-go. After all, a mercenary band found him under the corpse of his mother, who had given birth to him after he had presumably died. While he was adopted by one of the women in the group, she also died of the plague shortly after.
Guts, the main character from Kentaro Miura's Berserk, has a past filled with sorrow. He was born from the corpse of his mother and was taken in by Shisu. As he grew up, Guts saw Shisu fall to the plague. Guts' luck only got worse as Gambino sold him to another mercenary, who assaulted him.

She is shown to have been aware of everything that happened during the years she spent being in her previous state, recognizing Farnese immediately upon seeing her, and tearing up with a smile when asked about Guts.
At first, Casca had an attachment to Griffith, admiring him for the persona he had set on. When Guts arrived Griffith had basically focused all of his attention on him, which brought out Casca's jealousy towards Guts.
While Griffith must bear the weight of his own decisions, Guts had every chance to prevent his friend from becoming a true terror. Griffith was poised to give up on his dream thanks to his friendship with Guts, and it was the dissolution of their relationship which transformed him forever.
However, there's a tamer form of this condition called the Mallen Streak, which only turns a small portion of someone's hair white. This happened to Guts in Berserk after he wore Berserker armor for the first time. The armor took a huge physical and mental toll on his body, resulting in a white streak of hair.
Initially, Schierke held a disliking for Guts due to his gruff and direct nature. However, time and circumstance have seen her develop an infatuation with him akin to a crush.
He became a favorite of the Midland king and a war hero, but it was becoming clear that Griffith cared only for himself and his own ambitions. Casca and the other Band of the Hawk members were nothing but tools to him, and eventually, Casca was forced to admit defeat -- Griffith did not love her.
Continuing onward, they experience Casca's jealousy-ridden memory of Guts during the two's time in a cave, as well the heart-wrenching helplessness induced in Casca by Guts' departure from the band.
Berserk fans believe that the Dragonslayer's weight is around 300 pounds, or 130 kilograms. Berserk fans inferred this from Guts' fights against human opponents with large, heavy weapons of their own, observing how Guts could destroy his enemies' armor and weapons with the Dragonslayer's sheer weight.
The Demon Child was the offspring of Guts and Casca, brought into the physical world as a small misshapen child after being tainted by Femto's rape of the pregnant Casca.

Casca greets him first, apologizing for going into battle while she was unwell. Her apology is undermined by Guts, who slaps her on the behind for being too dramatic.
Power and Control: The sexual assault can also be seen as an expression of power and control. As Femto, Griffith possesses immense power and authority, and the attack on Casca is a way for him to exert his dominance and assert his new position as a member of the God Hand [1].
