Ultimately, the Force dyad that links Rey and Kylo Ren makes Rey the most powerful Jedi between her and the Skywalkers. A Force dyad is described as being more powerful than life itself, striking a perfect balance between the light and dark side.
Rey is highly Force-sensitive, which is revealed when she is presented with the lightsaber first owned by Anakin Skywalker, then his son Luke. Without training, she is able to use the Force and defeat the powerful (albeit injured) Kylo Ren in a duel.
Kylo lost to Rey in TFA because he was heavily wounded and was holding back against her due to Snoke's request that he bring her back to him alive. He is also stated by Palpatine in the Secrets of the Sith book to be “equally as powerful as a real Sith despite not being one”.
Is Rey more Powerful than palpatine? We all know rey, the most hated Character to exist, No character arch, practically perfect. That doesn't Exclude the fact that she still defeated Palpatine.
Although Rey is also strong with force, she doesn't compare to Anakin's pure strength with the force and his connection, being created by the Force itself. Even in the movies, comics, and shows we see Anakin accomplish greater feats of strength that Rey was years away from learning.
But to be fair, we really don't ever see Luke face off against anyone strong after Vader so it's hard to say how strong he actually got. Not. They are weaker than Darth Maul. Rey is more powerful than everyone.
Although her midi-chlorian count is never mentioned, it is clear that Rey's potential is vast. While Vader has peaked in his Force-prowess, Rey is only getting started. Even if Vader is currently more skilled, Rey definitely has more raw power.
Ultimately, she has been a Jedi for around a year. That does not compare with over nine-hundred years of lightsaber skill - of which Rey is talented but not near the very top - and Force study - of which again, Rey is talented, but not at the top of the list where Yoda resides.

Kylo Ren is not weak, his potential is certainly as high as any of the Skywalker lineage, but I believe he simply has a misunderstanding of how the Force works, and because of this misunderstanding, he has made himself weaker.
There are two components to the Chosen One prophecy; their origin, and their mission. The Chosen One is a specific individual who shall be "born of no father." Rey's father may have been a failed clone of Palpatine, but he was a father nonetheless, and thus Rey cannot meet the criteria to be called the Chosen One.
Instead, Luke allowed the situation to simmer before explaining his actions. Rey never beat Luke in Star Wars: The Last Jedi, he simply fell and refused to continue a needless fight.
Ahsoka Tano is the strongest Star Wars character. She is a focused, cunning, and capable warrior. Wielding two sabers, she illustrates highly developed martial arts and acrobatic skills.
Ren was good but Rey was able to beat him every time they fought. However, he wasn't even fully trained and even he would have had a massive problem fighting Maul. Even in his older age, Maul was still way more skilled than anyone Rey faced and that would be the end for her. Maul would just be too much for Rey.
Although Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker concludes with Rey choosing the name of Skywalker and completing her path to becoming a Jedi, it's possible that she was actually the reincarnation of Anakin all along.
