Percy and Thalia are considered Forbidden Children because they were born after the gods swore to keep their pact. Their existences offend the gods because they would never have been born at all if only Zeus and Poseidon had held to the terms of their promise.
These children are sired by the greatest gods in Greek mythology, including Zeus, Poseidon and Hades among others. The idea of Forbidden Children stems from concerns that their progeny could become too formidable, considering the immense abilities of their divine progenitors.
The Prophecy said that a child of the Big Three would decide the fate of all Olympus on their 16th birthday. When they heard the prophecy, Zeus, Hades and Poseidon agreed not to have any more kids from then on, swearing on the River Styx. This was later called The Pact of The Big Three.
In the second episode, Luke divulges to Percy the tale of Thalia, a forbidden child who, along with Luke, took in Annabeth when they discovered her in an alley. Luke's use of the past tense sparks assumptions of Thalia's demise, creating an air of mystery around her character.

There, Thalia fights her old friend Luke, and it seems that she has strong feelings for him, and they discover that Kronos used Thalia to twist destiny into his hands, since she would be turning sixteen on the day following the Winter Solstice.
Thalia's the daughter of the strongest god, and has similar power levels to Percy. If it was a battle of who was more powerful, then Percy would win. However it's not. They are even in blade combat and Thalia is more agile and is very talented with a bow.
Hades became angered at Percy, when the hero seemed to suggest that he was a minor god, which Percy quickly denied and went on to say that he too should gain a cabin at Camp Half-Blood.
Poseidon feels very sorry for Percy, because heroes typically meet tragic ends. Percy tells his father he isn't sorry for being who he is, and Poseidon in turn tells him that he is a true son of the Sea God.
However, Percy refused, deciding he would rather be with Annabeth Chase than live forever. This caused a moment of confusion for the gods since most mortals would accept the gift of immortality.
Percy is a twelve-year-old boy who has had difficulty in school. He feels like his teachers dislike him and want to see him fail. Percy has ADHD and dyslexia, and he often feels frustrated about these disabilities and their effects on his life in and out of school.
The prophecy thus comes true in an unexpected way: Percy fails to save what matters most by allowing his mother to save herself. Upon returning to Camp Half Blood, Percy is betrayed by his friend Luke, son of Hermes, who turns out to be the human hero whom Kronos used for the theft.
In the demigod diaries when Thalia kissed Luke on the cheek I thought that was really cute! But they didn't get a lot of moments together on the book. I kinda ship them but not too much.
Shortly after Thalia came across another demigod, Luke Castellan, a son of Hermes. They became friends and joined forces to fight the monsters that attacked them. They have romantic feelings for each other.
Annabeth also outwardly admits she had a crush on Luke in The Mark of Athena, the third book in Riordan's Heroes of Olympus series. Disney's Percy Jackson & the Olympians show hasn't suggested that Annabeth has feelings for Luke, painting a more platonic picture of their relationship.

Appearance. Demigods are completely indistinguishable from humans. They do not have a divine form, however they do inherit some traits from their god parent's divine form. For example, Percy inherited Poseidon's black hair, sea-green eyes and brooding look, while Annabeth Chase inherited Athena's grey eyes.
