FoxFaces real name is Finch Crossly. Caeser even says it in the movie in her interveiw. She is 17 years old and is from District 5 (power). She worked in her fathers shop for plants and was reaped into the 74th Hunger Games.
"Foxface" was the female tribute from District 5 in the 74th Hunger Games. Katniss Everdeen nicknamed her "Foxface" because of her sly, fox-like appearance. Her true name has never been revealed.

The films, trying to be as faithful to the source material as possible, naturally had to include Finnick's death as well. In this sense, Finnick is the perfect candidate for upping the stakes of the plot via his death, as his hope for a future with his partner Annie made his demise seem even more untimely.

Then, there's a shriek from the birds and Cato emerges from the woods sprinting toward them. Katniss hits him in the chest with an arrow, but it bounces off of whatever armor he wears. Cato sprints past Katniss and Peeta, and Katniss sees that he's running from creatures. She turns to follow.
As the lead character in The Hunger Games, it isn't a surprise that Katniss is the strongest character in the franchise. Katniss's expertise with the bow is outstanding, and she manages to successfully defend herself with this weapon throughout the whole series.

Presently, those aspects of her life form her identity. She decides she doesn't ever want to have kids because even though she would be a victor, her children wouldn't be exempt from the reapings.
What would have happened if Katniss didn't volunteer?
If Katniss hadn't volunteered, Prim most likely would have been killed and would not have won as her sister did. Prim was an intelligent, compassionate, and courageous individual with excellent medical skills, but she didn't have the combat skills or selective ruthlessness needed to win.
