Living… in Hotel Transylvania, a five-star, monster-exclusive hotel that her father, Count Dracula, built for the both of them after a terrible fire in their last home. She lives in room 174 of the hotel and spends most of her time there.
In the second movie, Johnny and Mavis get married and have a son, Dennis. Johnny agrees to take Mavis to California ostensibly to consider moving back home to be near his parents, while Drac tries to prompt Dennis' vampire abilities.

Countess Martha Maria Dracula (née Lubov) (1647 - 1895) also known as the Lady Lubov, is the late wife of Count Dracula, the late-mother of Mavis Dracula and the late maternal grandmother of young Dennis. Martha is a very beautiful female vampire with wavy shoulder-length black hair and bright blue eyes.
Unlike previous incarnations, vampires do not feed from human blood, instead preferring substitutes such as 'blood beaters' and 'near blood'. Though Dracula did state in the first film that he would have drained Johnny of all his blood for getting close to Mavis.
