Quinn also admitted to being the one to attack Mindy. However, she didn't have to, as the Scream Ghostface could only have been her. During the attack, Ethan was in the subway car with Mindy.
When a new killing spree begins, she witnesses Anika's murder at the hands of Ghostface. Whilst travelling on a subway, Mindy is attacked and stabbed by Ghostface but is able to survive her injuries.
The three Ghostface killers in Scream 6 went to great lengths to hide their true identities, even faking Quinn's death. Anika became a victim during an attack where Ethan was revealed as the killer.

Who is the weakest Ghostface?
Charlie may have been the least likely suspect, and that's exactly how he (almost) got away with it. However, Charlie was also one of the weakest of all the Ghostfaces. Not only was he killed almost immediately by his accomplice (more on her later), but each of his kills was sloppier than the last.
