With her proficient training and enhancements, Nebula proves to be a formidable opponent. She has on two occasions bested Gamora in combat, and even landed a few blows on Thanos. Her weapons of choice are her electroshock batons, which can be combined to create a staff.

She successfully managed to ambush Gamora and the two engaged in a hand-to-hand combat fight, which ended with Nebula holding her sister in a chokehold. Nevertheless, Nebula could not bring herself to kill Gamora and expressed delight at the fact that she finally beat Gamora in combat.
While audiences never got to see Quicksilver at full power, super-speed is one of the best abilities a hero can have when facing an enemy like Thanos. With enough training, Quicksilver would have been more than capable of defeating Thanos when he finally arrived in Infinity War.

Who is the weakest avenger?
Although he is an extremely skilled marksman, Clint Barton is often considered to be the weakest member of the team seeing as he's just a regular guy with a bow and arrow.
We can't say he truly let her win. He could be pretty terrible at it for all we know. He played the game with her because he was trying to pass the time and break the ice with her. After spending some time with her he clearly realized that she was seriously lacking in social skills and wanted to help her out.

Nebula is an athletic woman, and an excellent armed and unarmed combatant. She possesses a gifted intellect and is a brilliant battle strategist. Nebula uses blasters worn on her wrists that fire concussive blasts of unknown energy or heat blasts that can incinerate a human being almost instantly.
So much so that Tony was arguably the best father figure that Nebula has ever gotten in the MCU. Thanos had an abusive relationship with his adopted daughters. While he favored Gamora (Zoe Saldana), he was harsh and downright dismissive of Nebula.
Some time ago, Thanos killed Nebula's family and adopted her as a daughter, raising her to be a galactic warrior on his behalf. It is most likely that the Mad Titan had wiped out half her species, like he did with so many others, in his “noble” quest to bring balance to the universe.

While Thanos is an Eternal and has the standard powers of super-strength, agility, regeneration, immortality, and more, Adam Warlock takes the upper hand. He can be killed, but he resurrects to be stronger every time.
