Cad Bane facing off with Hunter. Following the formation of the Galactic Empire, Bane continued to operate as a bounty hunter with Todo 360 at his side. Eventually, he was employed by the Kaminoan Prime Minister Lama Su to retrieve the genetically unmodified clone known as Omega.
Ming-Na Wen returns to voice her character from The Mandalorian & The Book of Boba Fett as a younger version of Fennec Shand. Fennec had been hired to bring Omega back to Nala Se. Kaminoan Prime Minster Lama Su had hired Cad Bane for the task, but Nala was worried for Omega's safety and thus hired Fennec.

At the beginning of the Imperial era, Cad Bane is hired by Kaminoan prime minister Lama Su to recover the young girl, Omega, a particular unaltered clone. Arriving on Bracca, he single-handedly slaughters several clone troopers before confronting Omega and the clone deserter Hunter.
The Big Picture. Omega in The Bad Batch is the first Force-Sensitive Clone, setting up exciting developments for the series. Omega's Force-Sensitivity ties into The Mandalorian and The Rise of Skywalker, impacting the Star Wars universe.
Omega was the first of three female clones of Jango Fett to be introduced into Star Wars Canon, the others being Emerie Karr and Sister. The latter being transgender while Omega and Karr were engineered to be female from birth.
The animated series The Bad Batch further reveals two daughters of Jango to have been grown alongside Boba, without Jango's knowledge: Omega and Emerie Karr.

In 9 ABY, Bane was working for the Pyke Syndicate on Tatooine, assisting the nefarious cartel in their expansion of the spice trade onto the planet. After a confrontation with his old apprentice, Boba Fett, he was defeated and stabbed through the chest in the streets of Mos Espa, killing him.
9. Arla Fett. When The Bad Batch revealed that Omega was an unaltered Jango Fett clone, just like Boba Fett, some dedicated Star Wars fans pointed out that Omega had a similar character design to Jango Fett's late sister from the Expanded Universe.
Omega may have been specifically made as a backup clone template. If this is the case, it was a wise choice by the Kaminoans, as Jango was killed minutes before the Battle of Geonosis began, leaving them with a finite supply of his DNA to use for more clone troopers.

Nala Se cared enough about her young assistant to keep her safe through all means, including purposefully sabotaging the efforts of Crosshair to subdue the child. Nala Se showed concern for Omega's welfare and safety, so much that she would go against Lama Su's orders to ensure that Omega would be protected.

Ailyn Vel was a near-Human bounty hunter, the daughter of Boba Fett and Sintas Vel and the granddaughter of Jango Fett. When Ailyn was just a baby, her father, Boba, was forced to leave her and her mother. By the time she was sixteen, her mother disappeared, leaving her alone.
As the show concluded, Omega informed Hunter that she would be joining the Rebellion as a pilot. Given the Bad Batch finale's place in the Star Wars timeline, this would put Omega in the Rebellion prior to A New Hope. This could very well mean that Omega will appear in an upcoming Star Wars project.
Omega's increased midi-chlorian count raised questions about her Force sensitivity, as the show left her abilities unconfirmed. Joining the Rebellion may lead Omega to a future encounter with Luke Skywalker, potentially becoming his first official Jedi student.
Summary. Omega's blood shows the potential to host Midi-chlorians, hinting she could become Force-sensitive. Nala Se kept Omega's uniqueness secret by disposing of blood samples, and it is possible she previously injected her with Midi-chlorians.
