Aberforth's son is Aurelius Dumbledore, born after he fell in love with a girl in Godric's Hollow. However, the girl was sent away, either before or after Aurelius's birth. His son was adopted by Mary Lou Barebone and renamed Credence Barebone.
Aurelius was an illegitimate child of Aberforth's. His mother is killed, and as a result Aberforth is unable to care for his son. Credence is taken to America and put up for adoption, a fact known to no one but Leta Lestrange (Zoe Kravitz).
Dumbledore tells Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) that in 1899, during the same summer that Albus fell in love with Grindelwald, Aberforth also fell in love with a woman from Godric's Hollow. They had a baby boy together, but the woman was sent away before she gave birth, and Aberforth never got to be a father.

What was Credence dying from?
Tragically, even though Credence was saved from Grindelwald's Avada Kedavra, he is dying because of his Obscurus (having survived so long only because of the powerful magic within him).
Credence Barebone, born Aurelius Dumbledore, is the secondary antagonist of the Fantastic Beasts film series. Although Aberforth was a brother of Albus, he did not study the art of magic as much as Albus did. He cared more for the Dumbledore family than Albus did and abandoned his studies to help them out. He was powerful, but not quite as powerful as Albus.
As Aberforth was an old and grumpy person, he didn't have a good relationship with many people. However, Dobby offered friendship and someone to talk too. Aberforth himself stated that he liked Dobby. In 1998, Harry Potter and his friends were captured by Snatchers and imprisoned at the Malfoy Manor cellar.

Voldemort was Tom Riddle and Dumbledore met Tom as a child. Riddle also attended Hogwarts. Riddle was also a Jr to his father, Tom Riddle Sr. Nothing lines up with Credence being Tom.
Born as Bellatrix Black, Bellatrix married into the Lestrange family, meaning she and Leta aren't related by blood. That makes Leta related to Bellatrix's husband, Rodolphus Lestrange, although that connection is no easier to find.
Credence may well be related to Voldemort, but it would have to be through Voldemort's grandmother. That also means the mystery woman must've had a second child: Merope Gaunt, born in 1907. It's entirely possible that Aberforth could have sired a child with Voldemort's grandmother.
Losing Aurelius would be too painful for Aberforth to bring him up ever again, and Albus has been known to discuss very few personal matters with the Harry Potter characters. It thus makes sense that Credence is never mentioned in Harry Potter: he is the Dumbledores' guilty secret.
Credence is an Obscurial, which is a term for a wizard or a witch who is magically repressed due to being bullied for being magical in their early childhoods.
Newt would go on to marry Porpentina Goldstein, an American witch, and together they had at least one child, presumably a son. The Scamander family was "not impressed" by Newt's career in Magizoology. Rolf Scamander, Newt and Tina's grandson, married Luna Lovegood sometime between 1998 and 2011.
Death. Fifty-three years after his defeat, Grindelwald was slain in his prison cell by Lord Voldemort, who was searching for the Elder Wand for himself. It was only during the confrontation in Grindelwald's cell that Voldemort learned Albus Dumbledore had claimed the wand long ago.
Aberforth never forgave his brother until years later, after Albus's unfortuante death at the hands of Severus Snape (Who was actually working on Albus's orders), when Harry informed Aberforth of his brother's regret.
Since Harry was looking at the mirror shard before Snape's Patronus appeared, and the inside of the Hog's Head was seen, the most likely explanation is that Aberforth was working with Snape, and that Albus may have told him of Snape's true allegiance before he died.
