Do Blue and her baby survive in Jurassic World: Dominion?
Jurassic World introduced Blue as one of the four Velociraptors trained by Owen Grady (Chris Pratt), along with her pack, Charlie, Delta, and Echo. Blue has survived the entire Jurassic World trilogy and she even gave birth to a child, Beta, who was kidnapped and rescued by Owen in Jurassic World Dominion.
Blue has given birth to a daughter, Beta, without a mate, due to her black-throated monitor DNA allowing her to reproduce without the need for a mate. Other than that, she only has a minor role in the sequel, living with Owen, Claire, and Maisie.
This genetic gap-filler enables parthenogenesis – the spontaneous development of embryos from unfertilized eggs. After some time freely roaming, Blue decided she wasn't content being the last of her pack and asexually reproduced, giving birth to Beta in the time between Fallen Kingdom and Jurassic World: Dominion.

How did Blue reproduce on her own?
It turns out that Blue has been able to asexually reproduce due to the monitor lizard DNA within her system, and has given birth to a daughter named Beta. Blue and Beta live in the wilderness near the cabin where Grady lives with Claire Deering (Bryce Dallas Howard) and Maisie Lockwood (Isabella Sermon).
The Indoraptor being Blue's offspring is confirmed false, as the Indoraptor was still a prototype, and Blue's blood was required for the final piece of the Indoraptor, and he was killed before any of that happened. There is a real life dinosaur called Indosuchus raptorius, which is a similar name to Indoraptor.
Sadly, the three died, and Blue was the only survivor. After this, Delta, Echo, and Charlie were cloned and introduced to Blue. Each raptor had the DNA of other animals in their genes with Blue having Black-throated monitor lizard, Charlie having Green Iguana, and Delta having the DNA of birds.
As Blue turns back to Owen and the others in fuller view, there is a moment when Owen purposefully shakes his head 'No'. The battle being over, Blues instincts could return to normal, but with his parental figure Owen saying no he realizes they are all family – not food – and runs off as well.
While the film's end was a hard confirmation that Blue and Owen's relationship was deep, between a human and dinosaur, her nesting spot was the first real tease. Blue could've chosen anywhere to nest with her child, but instead, she decided to nest close to Owen, perhaps because she still felt safest with him.
This means that it was Delta that was tazed. In the Jurassic World Special Edition Junior Novelization Delta is the first raptor of the Jurassic World Velociraptor Pack to die instead of Charlie. Furthermore, due to her death in the novelization, Echo is the one that kills Hoskins instead of Delta.
Later, Owen re-establishes his bond with the surviving raptors, two of which die while attacking the Indominus. The latter is eventually killed, and the last surviving raptor, a female named Blue, is left on the island. Owen and Claire decide that they will remain together.
Jurassic World may have been originally imagined as a trilogy, but the franchise isn't extinct yet. A fourth film in the sequel series to Jurassic Park has been green-lit ahead of a summer 2025 release. It will be the seventh blockbuster in the franchise overall, and the first since 2022's Jurassic World: Dominion.
