While the cameo from Valkyrie (played by Tessa Thompson) was kept in The Marvels, the line that established her romantic entanglement with Captain Marvel (played by Brie Larson) was allegedly edited out of the final cut.
While Captain Marvel is straight in the comics, she is likely bisexual in the MCU. The Marvels revealed that, similar to the comics, Carol Danvers had to marry Prince Yan of Aladna to help him take the throne. She mentioned that it was just a marriage of convenience. It was a diplomatic act to help her friend.
Captain Marvel and Valkyrie's brief interaction in The Marvels has some people questioning the nature of their relationship and whether there's something more to it. With the movie's VOD release, a deleted scene has been added that further hints that their cosmic relationship is more than platonic.

In The Avengers #200 (Oct. 1980), which was written by Bob Layton, David Michelinie, George Pérez, and Jim Shooter, Ms. Marvel is kidnapped by a character named Marcus (the apparent son of Avengers foe Immortus) and taken to an alternate dimension, where she is raped by Marcus and impregnated.

Created by Steve Englehart and Sal Buscema, the character first appeared in Defenders #4 (November 1972). She is based on the Norse mythological figure Brynhildr. Valkyrie became a mainstay of the superhero team known as the Defenders and a close ally and one-time love interest of the god Thor.
One is just a flirtatious moment with one of Zeus' (Russell Crowe) handmaidens when Valkyrie kisses her hand, and the other comes in a conversation with Korg (Taika Waititi).
The idea of Captain America not being a virgin is not bad in and of itself. However, the how and when it happened ultimately hurts Steve and Peggy's MCU romance. Captain America losing his virginity to a USO girl in 1943 means that he did so while very clearly having strong feelings for Peggy.
In the final minutes of that movie, Steve Rogers travels back in time to find young Peggy and live out the rest of his life with her. We know from Captain America: The Winter Soldier that Peggy got married and had two kids, and Endgame seems to confirm that her unseen husband was actually Steve Rogers post-time travel.
The writers of "Avengers: Endgame" confirmed that Steve is the father of Peggy's children and that they likely have super soldier DNA. While Steve's children have not appeared in the MCU, in alternate universes he has a son named James Rogers and a daughter named Sarah, both of whom inherit his superhero abilities.
