CT-1111 was a clone trooper assigned to Theta Squad during the Clone Wars. He was given the nickname "Ones" due to the fact that his number was all ones. He was killed during a battle against the Separatists.
Clone troopers were grown on the planet Kamino from the genetic template of bounty hunter Jango Fett, and made into a highly-efficient military force. The origin of their creation was murky; Prime Minister Lama Su told Obi-Wan Kenobi that the order was placed by Jedi Master Sifo-Dyas in the name of the Republic.
The Chief Medical Scientist of Kamino, Doctor Nala Se, was directly involved in the clone army's creation as one of its primary engineers. Following the death of Sifo-Dyas, the Sith took control of his project and hired a human bounty hunter, Jango Fett, to serve as the army's clone template.
Sifo-Dyas, a Jedi Master, ordered the creation of the Clone Troopers before the Jedi Council authorized it, and his story is explored in The Clone Wars. According to Imperial Estimates in Star Wars Inside #87, only about 100 of the Jedi survived Order 66. Most were subsequently hunted down and killed in the years following the Great Jedi Purge.

When people think of clone troopers, Captain Rex often comes to mind first. He often served alongside Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano. He was often on the front line in battle and though he was loyal to the Jedi commanders, the men under his command came first.
In 19 BBY, he fought on the planet Cato Neimoidia, flying an ARC-170 starfighter. When Order 66 was issued by Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, CT-57/11-9048 and Captain Jai'galaar killed their commanding officer, Jedi Master Plo Koon, while they were escorting him on a patrol of the planet's bridge cities.
Some clones disobeyed the infamous order than decimated the Jedi order, and refused to execute it. SOME of these Clones include; Captain Rex: Captain Rex, as most know removed his chip that would later be the way that Palpatine would execute order 66. After Vos is turned to the dark side by Dooku, Ventress ultimately manages to redeem him, but she is killed by Dooku with Force lightning shortly after. Vos later returns Ventress' body to Dathomir so that she may rejoin her fallen sisters in spirit.
It's possible Cody had rationalized his actions during Order 66 by telling himself it had been necessary and would not happen again, but now he was brought face-to-face with the Empire's ongoing atrocities. Cody abandoned the Empire, apparently one of many clone troopers who deserted in the months that followed.
