In Avatar: The Way of Water, this type of relationship could be repeated with Lo'ak and Tsireya. The duo come from different tribes, meaning their love could be "forbidden" due to the differing tribes customs.
From the beginning it was obvious that Lo'ak expressed puppy love for Tsireya and later when she was with him at sunset, re-enforced her feelings for him when she told him she saw him. The two most likely share a romantic relationship that will continue to grow and develop in the sequels.
Payakan is Lo'ak's spirit brother. Lo'ak forms a close bond with the tulkun after he saves his life from an akula. Lo'ak and Payakan realize that they are both viewed as outcasts in their respective societies. Lo'ak communicates with Payakan using a unique form of sign language between them.
Years later, Payakan saves the life of Jake Sully and Neytiri's son Lo'ak, and the two of them – boy and tulkun – forge and near-unbreakable bond of friendship.
Over the next three months, Jake falls in love with Neytiri and begins sympathizing with the Na'vi. Jake reveals his change of allegiance when attempting to disable a bulldozer that threatens to destroy a sacred Na'vi site.

Who is Kiris' dad?
Her father is not a father, her father is another mother, Eywa, the Great Mother, the sentient life force of Pandora itself that exists in all things there, but is rarely understood. So essentially yes, Kiri was born from Eywa just like Anakin Skywalker was allegedly conceived by the Force itself and its midichlorians.
Lo'ak is old enough in Pandora to be a warrior and seems to be about 13 or 14 years old in Avatar: The Way of the Water given the time gap between Avatar and its sequel. It also appears that Neteyam and Lo'ak are close in age, so being a young 14-year-old would make sense.
Payakan cares greatly for his loved ones, so much so that he went against the tulkun way in order to seek revenge against his mother's killers and later continued to violate his species' religion to save the life of Lo'ak.
Jake and Neytiri are holding hands as they arrive at Hometree in that scene. Not only that, but Tsu'tey caught a glimpse of Jake and Neytiri together at the Tree of Voices destruction site. He was probably wondering where the heck Neytiri was, and found out she was with Jake the entire night.
Rotxo is commonly confused to be one of the boys who bullied Kiri and later pranked Lo'ak due to the bully having a very similar hairstyle. The caption in this scene even has his name in the line [ROTXO:“I don't know”] in response to Aonung asking what she's doing.
Here, we bear witness to the time Payakan was hunted by a human whaling ship and many Na'vi and Tulkun were killed when he chose to retaliate, leading him to a life of guilt and exile.
Kiri's backstory is a little more complicated, as she was gestated in Dr. Grace's avatar. However, it can be surmised that Kiri is around the same age as Lo'ak, making her either 13 or 14 years old. Tuktirey, or Tuk for short, is much harder to guess as there are really no clues given.
Aonung is a fifteen-year-old Na'vi hunter/free-diver from the Metkayina clan and the eldest son of the clan leaders, Tonowari and Ronal, and Tsireya's brother. When the Sully family arrived at the reef village, his father assigned him to help the Sully children adjust to the reef lifestyle.
The short and easy answer is, No. But, it's important to note that the Avatar franchise has brought dead characters back in the past. The Way of Water brought Quaritch back as a recombinant.
In Avatar: The Way of Water, Neteyam's death deeply affects Jake and Neytiri, with Neytiri becoming consumed by grief and Jake blaming their youngest son, Lo'ak.
Wainfleet killed Neteyam in the second movie and will likely have a strong emotional impact on Jake and Neytiri. With multiple villains returning and with the Na'vi living on through Eywa, death is certainly not a finite state in the Avatar universe.
Lo'ak is the younger brother of Neteyam, but the two seem to be approximately the same age. That makes Lo'ak around thirteen to fourteen years old. Kiri gestated in Dr. Grace's Avatar when Neytiri was no longer pregnant from Neteyam, so she should have been around the same age as Lo'ak.
What doesn't help is that Lo'ak exhibits similar attributes to his father's avatar, five digits of his hands and feet and eyebrows, that serve as a physical reminder of his differences between the rest of his family and the Omatikaya clan at large.
Lo'ak te Suli Tsyeyk'itan is officially 7'7. Tuktirey te Suli Tsyeyk'itan is officially 5'7. Miles Socorro is officially 6ft. Miles Quaritch is officially 9'5.
James Cameron is officially done with having Avatar protagonist Jake Sully narrate his films, saying his son Lo'ak will instead take on the role going forward.
So, Avatar 4 will have a time jump of six years, meaning that Jake and Neytiri's children — Lo'ak, Tuk, and Kiri — will likely be played by other actors when the story jumps forward (except for Kiri). Lo'ak and Kiri are 14 years old in Avatar: The Way of Water, while Tuk is only eight.
