There is a deleted scene from The Empire Strikes Back that makes the kiss between twins Leia and Luke even more uncomfortable due to their now-known relationship as biological brother and sister. Undoubtedly, his greatest love was with a character named Mara Jade. Mara is a strong character as a part of the expanded universe of the Star Wars Legends series of novels. Their love is so strong that Luke winds up marrying her, and she bears a son that they name Ben (not Ben Solo).
Legend had it that Yoda—a Jedi who became Grand Master—was trained by N'Kata Del Gormo. A Force-sensitive Hysalrian, N'Kata Del Gormo was trained in the ways of the Force and achieved the rank of Master within the Jedi Order.
It was believed that Grogu would eventually become a victim of Kylo Ren's destruction of Luke's Jedi Order. However, The Book of Boba Fett revealed that Grogu chose to follow the Way of the Mandalorian rather than become a Jedi, sparing him from Kylo Ren's wrath.

The most obvious is her being Luke's wife, as there's currently no evidence that he was ever married in Star Wars canon. That's not to say that the two couldn't have some kind of romantic arc; perhaps they were married for a time, and it just wasn't relevant to the main plot of the sequel trilogy.
Through their interactions they also show signs of a growing attraction towards each other. Kylo became very fond of Rey, and at one point she even begins to refer to him as Ben, and he lets her do it.
Finally, Rey is Kylo Ren's aunt through Anakin Skywalker. This means that Kylo and Rey's romance is just as genetically awkward as Luke and Leia's kiss on Hoth was. Granted, neither pair knew they were related at the time, but that's no excuse.
