If Namor has an arch-villain, it is probably Attuma, a fellow Atlantean and ruthless warlord. He believes himself destined to conquer Atlantis, and he has attempted it on several occasions, succeeding more than once. During the most recent attempt, Attuma is stopped by Robert Reynolds, AKA Sentry, who kills him.
Attuma – Leader of the Atlantean barbarians, Attuma would threaten Atlantis repeatedly; conquering it on several occasions, and became Namor's nemesis.
In the end, as Iron Man proved, Namor's biggest weakness can be exposed with pollution. Not only does polluting the ocean send the Sub-Mariner into an immediate fight-or-flight mode, but it also impacts his physiology as he draws his strength from the sea.

In a straight up fight Namor easily wins. He is nearly as strong as Hulk and Thor, he can fly, and he has other super hero's. If we are talking Captain America WITH the power of Thor, via Mjolnir, then that would be fight for sure, but ultimately Cap' takes that one. Cap laid out Thanos.

As previously mentioned, Namor's mother eats a flower infused with Vibranium that does impact her son's physiology. But when they fight on the surface world, they are required to wear facemasks filled with water to allow them to breathe while their skin turns an almost Na'vi-esque blue.

In the ensuing clash, Tiger Shark went up behind Leonard and fatally struck him over the head with a pipe. While Namor went to his father's side his foes managed to flee. Leonard's dying words were that he had no regrets and that his life in trade for that of his son was well worth the price.
Iron Man and Namor have rarely faced off one-on-one but Namor has usually come out on top of the situation when they do. That being said, it would be a surprise to find out that Tony hadn't installed something in his armor to deal with Namor if they ever fight again.
DCEU Superman would win without much issues . Superman is Stronger , Faster , tougher and has a more versatile power set as compared to Namor. Furthermore there's weaknesses Superman can exploit against Namor due to Namor's Atlantean and Aquatic nature .
