Miles "Spider" Socorro is a sixteen-year-old boy who was born in Hell's Gate son of Colonel Miles Quaritch and Paz Socorro. After the death of his parents, Miles remained on Pandora and was adopted by Nash McCosker and Mary after the Pandoran War.
Augustine's colleague Norm Spellman (Joel David Moore) was the father and Grace conceived Kiri before the end of Avatar before somehow giving birth in her Avatar body. However, the more interesting theory is that Kiri is literally the child of Eywa due to some sort of immaculate conception.
Cameron also said that Spider would serve as "the pivot point in between Quaritch and Jake." This could mean that Spider holds the key to Quaritch's redemption which could stop the endless blood feud between him and Jack.

Who is Kiri mother and father?
Kiri is the inquisitive and intelligent adopted daughter of Jake Sully and Neytiri. Not long after Grace Augustine's death, her dormant avatar was discovered to be pregnant, and Jake and Neytiri adopted the child when she was born.
He helped save Payakan from the whalers who just tagged him with a tracking device, intending to hunt him down and kill him. Neteyam removed the tracker and swam off with it on an ilu to lead the whalers away. He was shot at with sonar beacons, but he ultimately escaped unharmed. Neteyam killed by the bullet wound.
