Boomstick: Lobo's healing is about three times of five times faster than that of Wolverine's. Even if Wolverine did have the metal skeleton as a final line of defense, he was outmatched by Lobo clearly superior strength.

Wiz: Lobo was undeniably a difficult opponent to take on, but the Ghost Rider's cosmic might, unholy invulnerability, and soul-rending powers gave him the perfect tools to take out the Main Man.
If Lobo sustains injury, his accelerated healing factor enables him to regenerate damaged or destroyed tissue with superhuman speed and efficiency and little apparent pain. Lobo also is functionally immortal. He is immune to the effects of aging and disease.

Lobo has battled the likes of Superman and emerged without too much injuries. He also has a super human regenerative factor, which means that Bane has no hope of defeating him.
For one, while Kratos is hard-to-kill, Lobo can't be killed. No matter how fast Kratos attacks, he won't be able to wear Lobo down enough to end the fight on his favor. Secondly, Lobo is a lot stronger.

Honestly with everything i just mentioned, I'm going to say lobo would win either way. Deadpool can probably dodge a lot of lobo's attacks but considering that one hit from lobo to deadpool does more damage than the other way around, combined with lobo's superior healing factor, all leads to lobo's victory.
