Wanda and Doom travelled to the Other-Realm, empowered by the true Darkhold, to defeat Chthon. Wanda backstabbed Doom and took the true Darkhold for herself. She fused with the true Darkhold which granted her the power to defeat Chthon and absorb the Elder God entirely.
The One Above All can and should be able to defeat The Chaos King with ease. The One Above All IS the most powerful in the Marvel Universe. He has not been defeated and literally will never be defeated for the days to come. His power can't even be imagined by anyone, it's just too much to comprehend.

He has employed powers of flight, teleportation, the projection of mystical energy as force blasts, invisibility, matter manipulation, image projection and the creation of inter-dimensional nexus points among other feats.

The Warp Gods are in constant flux but generally speaking Khorne is the most powerful Chaos God, and Slaanesh the weakest. Slaanesh did devour the Eldar pantheon, but the pantheon was pretty much dying of starvation at that point since most of the Eldar had stopped feeding them worship.

There are four Chaos Gods: wrathful Khorne, devious Tzeentch, pestilential Nurgle and cruel Slaanesh. All are jealous and prideful deities, each believing himself destined to be the supreme ruler of all existence.
So, me and my buddy Remleiz from 40k Theories started to dig into the lore about who is the oldest Chaos God. According to certain websites, its Nurgle. But according to books such as Realm of Chaos and the 2nd Edition Chaos Codex, its Khorne who holds this title.
Khorne hates magic and those that use it, thus reserves much of his hatred for tzeench but his true wrath is reserved for Slaanesh - who is his complete opposite and seen as a weakling by the war-god. He is associated with the number eight, and it's reflected in rituals.
While generally referred to as a "he" by Humans and as a female by the Aeldari, Slaanesh is actually neither gender, combining characteristics of both and perfecting them.
