Iron Man finds information in Mister Sinister's database which reveals that part of her genetic material was provided by Sarah Kinney, the scientist who created her and carried her to term. This makes her the biological daughter of both Sarah and Logan, and not strictly a clone.
From there, the girl once known as X-23 finally gave her mother a proper burial and rest. When Wolverine returned from the dead, it was revealed by Iron Man to Laura that Sarah was in fact her biological mother, bringing the formerly troubled young lady a sense of closure and true family.
Laura is Logan's clone. She was created from a corrupted sample of Logan's DNA, with only the X chromosome salvageable, which (in comic book science) explains why she's female. While Logan was initially distant towards Laura, he comes to see her as his daughter.

Mutant Physiology: Kayla was a mutant who possessed telepathic powers. Mind Control: Kayla could manipulate the minds of other individuals; to get them to do what she wants them to do; Kayla's psychic powers activate very quickly and the effects were long-lasting.
They're not related at all. Chris Claremont originally wanted Sabretooth to be Wolverine's father, but that never actually happened (except X-Men Forever, the non-canon version of the timeline that Claremont wrote). But in comics canon, no, they're not related.
In the comics, Lady Deathstrike is not a mutant, but a cyborg, who modified her own body in order to gain her revenge on Wolverine. Though in the movie, she is a woman with adamantium claws. Lady Deathstrike is the only character besides Wolverine who survived the adamantium bonding process.

Marvel recently announced that Laura will star in a limited series titled X-23: Deadly Regenesis this March. Since Resurrected-Laura is keeping the Wolverine title, we can assume that the limited series will star Vault-Laura, who will be going back to the X-23 codename.
She is the daughter of British actor. Keen made her acting debut in 2014 alongside her father with the television series The Refugees, where she played Ana "Ani" Cruz Oliver. Keen starred in the 2017 film Logan as Laura, the mutant child of Wolverine.
It's not until Wolverine is — MAJOR SPOILER — about to die that both he and X-23 really embrace the reality of their father-daughter bond. Wolverine might not have been willing to see X-23 as his daughter, but after Logan, he'll always be a father to her.
