Eywa, also known as the All-Mother or Great Mother, is the globally distributed consciousness of Pandora and the balancing and guiding force behind all its ecosystems, allowing all species to live in harmony and balance with their environment. She is the only known deity of the Na'vi.
Eywa is the deity to the Na'vi as well serving as a colloquially to Na'vi religion. The Na'vi believe that Eywa acts to keep the ecosystem of Pandora in perfect equilibrium.
Her father is not a father, her father is another mother, Eywa, the Great Mother, the sentient life force of Pandora itself that exists in all things there, but is rarely understood. So essentially yes, Kiri was born from Eywa just like Anakin Skywalker was allegedly conceived by the Force itself and its midichlorians.
Na'vi believe in Great Balance protected by their Mother Nature, Eywa. They refer to it as a person or high entity. In fact, it's a complex network connected across the planet/planetary satellite where each tree shares data with billions of other Pandoran trees.
By shifting its various connections about, much like the mycelium network does nutrients, Eywa can influence the entirety of Pandora, but she is not a god. If anything, Avatar: The Way of Water's Eywa is a mushroom. Avatar: The Way of Water is now playing in theaters.
