The successor to Po as the dragon warrior is Zhen, a new character with humble beginnings, similarly to Po. Zhen is a thief who used Po to steal the Staff Of Wisdom. After seeing that Po is a genuinely kind person, she changes her ways. Zhen and Po teaming up against the Chameleon made for an awesome final fight.
In the latest installment of the beloved 'Kung Fu Panda' series, fans say goodbye to Po, the iconic Dragon Warrior, as he passes the torch to Zhen, the new Dragon Warrior.
By the very end of the movie, Po confirms that Zhen will be the new Dragon Warrior for the franchise. Zhen, voiced by Awkwafina, is a sly fox and criminal from Juniper City who demonstrates her great kung fu abilities early on when she breaks into the Jade Palace.

While returning to the Valley of Peace, Po chooses Zhen as his successor, much to Shifu's annoyance. Confident with his choice, Po and the Furious Five help train Zhen to become the next Dragon Warrior.
Shifu promoted Po to the Spiritual Leader of The Valley of Peace. As such, Po was tasked with choosing his successor. He could not decide a successor, but after Zhen helped him to defeat The Chameleon, Po chose her as his successor as the Dragon Warrior.
The movie ending with Zhen officially becoming his replacement reinforces the idea that Po is no longer the Dragon Warrior and that this part of his story is over. This is because he has now been promoted to the role of Spiritual Leader of the Valley of Peace.
It would make sense if she supported Po in his upcoming fight, but director Mike Mitchell revealed that she and the Furious Five would be on individual missions in the fourth film. Even though Tigress isn't in the trailer, she, along with her four comrades, will make a brief appearance in Kung Fu Panda 4.
Though Oogway invented kung fu and is often considered the greatest master, the franchise's titular character, Po Ping the Dragon Warrior, proves that he has surpassed even Oogway by the end of Kung Fu Panda 3. Po defeats Kai, who defeated Oogway, proving that he is the best kung fu master to have ever lived.

Though these students became well-known for their heroics, none of them were selected to be the Dragon Warrior, and Shifu was outraged when Po was chosen instead.
In theory, Yes. In practice, It's doubtful they would want to. In KFP 3 Tigress called him “ Friend.” Even though there are 3 more that can be done, It seems they have more of a kindred spirit relationship than romantic.
On his quest to defeat the Chameleon, Po befriends a thief named Zhen, who initially worked for the Chameleon but her friendship with Po caused her to defect. Seeing her change her ways inspires Po to finally accept that things change, and in the end he accepts his new post, and choses Zhen as his successor.
Kung Fu Panda 4 confirms that Tai Lung returns through the Spirit Realm and The Chameleon's plan. At first, The Chameleon simply impersonates Tai Lung to make villagers afraid and draw out Po. Once she steals the Staff of Wisdom from him, she gains the power to open a doorway to the Spirit Realm.
The movie does not hold any special surprises at the very end of the credits sequence. Instead, Kung Fu Panda 4 includes a bonus scene at the start of the credits. The footage plays as Jack Black sings "Baby One More Time," and the timing of when it plays ensures audiences should not miss it.

After being chosen as the Dragon Warrior, presumably before it seemed Tigress was about to be chosen, Po was treated with contempt by her, as shown during his first night in the Palace's barracks, and he was upset when Tigress blatantly told him he was a disgrace to kung fu and should leave.
Unlike the rest of the Five, who felt disdain for Po or made fun of him after he was chosen as Dragon Warrior, Viper quickly felt empathy for him, believing him to be just a victim of bad luck.
