This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the television series Harley Quinn and is an adaptation of Sy Borgman. The original character was created by Jimmy Palmiotti, Amanda Conner, and Chad Hardin and first appeared in Harley Quinn (Volume 2) #2. Sy Borgman was voiced by Jason Alexander.
