Reva's redemption after she spares Luke Skywalker's life and Obi-Wan tells her she's not like Darth Vader. Reva Sevander, better known as the Third Sister, is the secondary antagonist of the 2022 Disney+ Star Wars miniseries Obi-Wan Kenobi.
Reva Sevander was a human female Force-sensitive who served as a member of the Inquisitorius under the title of Third Sister during the early reign of the Galactic Empire and briefly held the position of Grand Inquisitor.
As an adult, after becoming an Inquisitor, Reva was highly ambitious. She was set on tracking down Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi, with her fellow Inquisitors assuming she hoped his capture would gain her Darth Vader's favor and therefore improve her station.
By this naming convention, Third Sister can only mean that Reva was inducted by Darth Vader or the Grand Inquisitor soon after disillusioned Jedi Padawan Trilla Suduri was inducted as the Second Sister.
The Third Sister was at the Jedi Temple during Order 66. She either saw Anakin kill her fellow Jedi or saw the recording of his crimes. That's why she has such hatred for Obi-Wan. She was a Padawan who escaped Order 66.
Reva knows that Anakin Skywalker is Darth Vader because she was one of his targets—a child—during the Order 66 killings that took place during the events of Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.
Reva's able to put two and two together – she realises that Leia is Anakin's daughter. But what Reva doesn't know is that Anakin himself is unaware of this…she assumes that Anakin had it covered up, and he knows that Leia is his child.

Why did Vader not use his lightsaber against Reva?
Essentially, Vader is toying with Reva here. Anakin Skywalker has never been an efficient or pragmatic duelist, and is famously prone to showing off - even during his Star Wars original trilogy bouts against Luke Skywalker. Vader callously enjoys playing with his prey, tormenting Reva to make himself feel powerful.
As the Grand Inquisitor made clear, neither he nor Vader had any further use for Reva, and therefore they didn't consider her even worth killing. Instead, they left her crawling in the dirt because, as he had told her before, she was “the least” of them.
