Stinky Pete (commonly known as the Prospector) (voiced by Kelsey Grammer) is a prospector doll and one of the main antagonists of the second film. He is a toy modeled after a character on the fictional television show Woody's Roundup, which also includes the characters of Woody, Jessie, and Bullseye.
