The Scream symbiote appears in the Spider-Man series finale "Maximum Venom", voiced by Meg Donnelly. This version is the older sister of the Venom symbiote who was created by Knull to serve as a member of the Symbiote sisters alongside Mania and Scorn.
Venom has 7 offspring all together. First it was Carnage, then the Life Foundation Symbiotes. Scream, Phage, Lasher, Riot, and Agony. Finally there is the Symbiote Sleeper who was the last spawned.

In a flashback, it is revealed that she got pregnant with Eddie's child after bonding to Venom. After giving birth to their son Dylan, she left him in the care of Carl Brock, with the promise that she would return eventually. She instead committed suicide, after which Carl raised Dylan.
"The Nativity" arc in Venom #164 features the alien symbiote becoming "pregnant" and giving birth to the Sleeper symbiote, resulting in Eddie Brock having vivid nightmares and experiencing symptoms similar to an expectant parent.

In the comics, Anne Weying is the ex-wife of Eddie Brock and the mother of their son Dylan Brock. She bonded with the Venom symbiote becoming She-Venom. This causes her to commit suicide.
Brock's time as the formal God of Symbiotes was short-lived, and while throughout this new dark era he has remained the King in Black, using his connection to the symbiote hive mind several times, he has been very disconnected from his full power as a cosmic Marvel God.
Venom, now the new god of symbiotes and King in Black, telepathically sentenced Carnage to execution and had the symbiotes attack him. Knocked into the ocean, Carnage was subsequently devoured by countless symbiote-controlled sharks.

The relationship between Eddie and Venom was hailed by both critics and fans. Those that ship based around the comics, believe that the two are already in a committed relationship. Often they site the two raising one of Venom's offspring together.
