Beast Boy was playing around with Kid Flash and Superboy in Metropolis. However, when Metropolis was nuked, Superboy tried to protect Beast Boy, but failed, causing Beast Boy's death.

Starfire is not a black character. She is a Tamaranian, an alien species noted for their orange skin. The latest Live-Action series seems to have made her look like just some black girl.
Weaknesses. Raven possesses a few weaknesses to her abilities: as an empath, she is unable to completely disconnect herself from other's emotions, being around too many people with heightened emotions can pose a risk to her. Raven is also susceptible to overwhelming mystical forces.

While Starfire is undoubtedly the most physically powerful of the Teen Titans, I would give Raven the edge as the most powerful Titan overall. Given her demonic origin (Raven is, for all intents and purposes, the daughter of Satan), energy projection abilities, and use of magic, she easily trumps the other Teen Titans.
As a result of his rapidly changing genetic structure and mass, Beast Boy has an increased healing factor comparable to that of the Creeper and Deathstroke, allowing him to heal from bullet wounds, burns, and broken bones in a matter of seconds, and in some story lines regrow entire limbs.
Teen Titans: Who Would Win? Her mighty fists can go through the strongest of metals, and she can break any handcuffs placed on her. Her sheer strength would overwhelm Beast Boy's strongest forms if they were ever to go toe-to-toe in a fist fight.
Her weakness is the TICKLES, funny right, but there's some logic behind it…. The Tamaranian's powers are based and controlled by their emotion and their concentration with it, making that the tickles can confuse their emotions and eliminates their concentration.
