Olaf was drawn to life by animator Hyrum Osmond, who had previously worked on characters such as Rapunzel and Maximus from Tangled, and Ralph and King Candy from Wreck-It Ralph. Osmond wanted to instill a childlike persona into the lovable snowman, so he based many of Olaf's mannerisms on that of his son.
In the film, Olaf represents the happiness Elsa and Anna shared as young children. His desire to experience summer is symbolic of how Elsa wants to return to the old days of her childhood with her sister as her best friend.

Olaf Tryggvason (960s – 9 September 1000) was King of Norway from 995 to 1000. He was the son of Tryggvi Olafsson, king of Viken (Vingulmark, and Rånrike), and, according to later sagas, the great-grandson of Harald Fairhair, first King of Norway. He is numbered as Olaf I.
Esmé Squalor was Count Olaf's girlfriend starting in The Ersatz Elevator and lasting until the end of The Penultimate Peril. Count Olaf has shown Madame Lulu (Olivia Caliban's fake disguise) as his girlfriend, but it might also be a way to get information from her. His first girlfriend was Kit Snicket.
Although Elsa's disability is encoded as a magical ice power, the language the film uses to talk about her condition maps on to the experiences of people with physical, mental, and intellectual disabilities in recognizable ways.
Sadly, “Frozen 2” did not live up to expectations. It disappointed not only me, but plenty of other fans. “Frozen 2” takes you on an emotional rollercoaster, including Olaf's amazing singing skills, the plot was nothing compared to the original. Small incidents were made into huge deals, which was unnecessary.

He may covet power, immortality, or wealth. But, more often, a villain is on a mission to retaliate pain. Count Olaf is misunderstood as being greed-driven, but his obsession with the Baudelaires' inheritance has more behind it than the ambition to become rich. He blames their parents for his father's death.
In this case, I think the diagnosis of Avoidant Personality Disorder is a better fit for her than BPD since she doesn't really seem to have intense, chaotic relationships. On the contrary, Elsa seems to lack close relationships almost entirely!
Frozen contains some scenes of action violence and peril, some accidental injury, implied death and occasional threats of violence. For example: As a young girl, Anna is accidentally hit in the head by a bolt of her sister's magic. This leaves her unconscious with a white streak in her hair where she was hit.
The film covers deep and heavy topics unknown to Disney princess films. The first Frozen broke the Disney formula by sharing “true love” doesn't need to be romantic. The second film addresses loss, grief, depression, and how to find hope and personal growth through life's uncertainties.
(Note: Much of Frozen 2 appears to be a reaction to the reaction the first film received for not including many people of color and for “whitewashing.” The problem with how Frozen 2 handled this is that they really couldn't up and change the race of the lead characters, so instead they just had them retroactively ...
Elsa is never properly identified as asexual or aromantic, something that would help immensely to increase visibility and awareness. Considering Disney's record with LGBT characters (remember the underwhelming 'gay moment' in Beauty and the Beast?)
Elsa, however, is risk-averse, anxious, and self-doubting. This is her biggest test. She must accept her crown and scepter with ungloved hands. Should she slip up or let her emotions overwhelm her, she may let the magic out, revealing who she really is.
The Baudelaires and Ishmael go back to the other side of the island, where the mutiny is already underway. Ishmael harpoons Olaf in the stomach, inadvertently shattering the helmet containing the Medusoid Mycelium, a deadly fungus, infecting the island's entire population.
Count Olaf disguises himself as Kit Snicket in an attempt to sneak onto the island; he claims to be very pregnant (though he asks for alcohol), having been looking for the Baudelaires, and at one point claims to be Olaf's girlfriend.
In a flashback in "The Penultimate Peril" Pt. 2, Beatrice accidentally killed Count Olaf's father with a dart that was meant for Esmé Squalor after she and her ex-fiancé Lemony Snicket steal Esmé's sugar bowl. Which had led to Olaf's hatred over both the Baudelaire and Snicket families.
