Loki. He's as sneaky and smart as Batman, has Asgardian technology, and can do magic. loki he is far faster and stronger then batman, smarter, a better fighter, he had 100s of years, and can do magic, but they like having batman win even when logic said he could not.
While Superman could potentially overpower Thor, blows rendered by the mystical Mjolnir would likely impose serious damage on the Kryptonian hero. With his super-speed, the Man of Steel could probably avoid the Thunder God's lightning, but not necessarily, since Thor is just as fast.
Even in the few times he's faced Superman, the green monster has lost. It's no fault of the Hulk's, but Superman is called Superman for a reason. Unless he had kryptonite or a magic-user by his side, Hulk would usually fall to the DC Hero - although, he'd put up a hell of a fight. Superman wins.
It's important to note that the rules around worthiness had been temporarily suspended to allow this to happen. As soon as the fight was over, Superman couldn't lift the hammer anymore. However, under normal circumstances, without any weird interference, Superman is worthy of Mjolnir.

Loki realizes he can't beat or trick the Hulk so he does something a little different: he rips the gamma radiation out from Hulk.
Loki's tricks work against many but not against Thanos. In a battle of wills, Thanos is always going to win against Loki. In a physical battle, Loki can't stand up to Thanos either. Try as he might, Loki just can't stand up to Thanos's power.
In a fight, Loki would win 10/10. Who will win a fight between Lobo and Deadpool? Lobo, hands down. Sure, they're both insane and have crazy levels of being able to regenerate, but the Main Man has a couple of distinct advantages over the Merc with the Mouth.

But goku could easily destroy loki, because loki is mainly and illusionist he messes with magic and after a couple minutes of goku fighting loki, goku would figure out looks tricks and beat him easily.
As resourceful and maniacal as the Joker is, he is still only human while Loki is Asgardian/Frost Giant in the Marvel universe. This means that he has capabilities which would lead to him simply outplaying the Joker in virtually all competitions.
Batman may have great intellect but so does Thanos, who happens to possess an exponential amount of strength compared to Batman along with the Infinity Stones that can bend time and reality. Batman can simply not prevail.
