Anti-Venom has complete immunity to sonics and fire and can completely get rid of the Toxinsymbiote entirely. However, Toxin's powers are the same as Anti-Venom's but to a much greater level. While Toxin would lose in a fight against Anti-Venom, Toxin would win in a competition of who is stronger.
The Anti-Venom Symbiote is physically as strong and as fast as the original Venom but its unique cleansing powers make it caustic to other Symbiotes. In addition, it is resistant to sonic-based attacks as well as fire and heat. It may not be as strong as Toxin but the Anti-Venom is capable of destroying all Symbiotes.
The Anti-Venom symbiote is invulnerable to the traditional weaknesses of symbiotes, fire and sonics. However it particularly vulnerable to a poison Osborn made using the Freak, and its abilities can be negated by Mr. Negative's Darkforce powers.
Later, Toxin attacked Venom and was separated from Eddie. Venom set the Toxin symbiote on fire, but it managed to recover its host and dragged him into the flames to die alongside it.
The Toxin symbiote has a long and troubled history in the Marvel universe as both a villain and an anti-hero. Toxin's place in Venom and Carnage's genetic line and its difficulty with hosts have all helped define the symbiote and its ever-expanding place in the Marvel Universe.

To avoid a villain repeat, it's possible Venom 3 will position Toxin as the more heroic figure that he often is in Marvel Comics, and the two will team up against a different, hopefully visually distinct threat. Regardless, with Venom 3 set for release on November 8, 2024, more information should be on the way soon.
After killing Hybrid and Scream, Eddie Brock follows Venom into Crime Master's headquarters as part of his plan to destroy all symbiotes. During the ensuing fight between Venom and Crime Master's underlings, Crime Master locks Brock up and forcibly bonds him to the Toxin symbiote, making him the new Toxin.
According to symbiote biology it would be The All-Black, also known as The Necrosword. Due to being the first symbiote knull ever made, it's already weak as it is, only granting the basic suit and itself as a weapon.
Perhaps the Marvel Universe's deadliest symbiote, Carnage debuted in AMAZING SPIDER-MAN (1963) #345. Shortly after spawning from Venom, the Carnage symbiote bonded to a serial killer named Cletus Kasady.
With every symbiote, the ability to spawn a new puts the former in danger, as there is a possibility of the spawn is normally more powerful than the former. Knowing this, if venom were to spawn again, carnage would be rendered useless against the newer spawn, whether it be his or venom's.
After Eddie Brock Rejected his symbiote, Venom, He was prepared to die from his cancer. However after he was touched by Mister Negative, His sinactive symbiote particles became antibodies forming a new Insentient symbiote, Anti-Venom!
Venom's twisted hate of Spider-Man, and his brief time as Spider-Man's costume, has led to his powers continuing to mimic Spider-Man's. Venom has a warning sense due to its alien origin and can swing from building to building in a similar manner as Spider-Man, using "webs" generated from the symbiote.
In fact, it is the bonds that Toxin has made with his human hosts that have made him strong enough to stave off Carnage's onslaught, saving both his own body as well as Bren's life.
Who would win in a fight between carnage and riot? Carnage does have more abilities, but was like a rampaging kid and Venom ate it to kill it. Riot was cunning, and was even able to rip Venom from Brock and would have eaten him if Brock didn't rebond with it.
